Yeah it is genuine - it downloads a rar file with a key file inside it. Winrar automatically recognises the key, and is registered.

My winrar now says "Registered to: PCA special offer"

I managed to get one of those keys, but now I've got a question (sorry about the resurrection): Was there any condition or such that the license was for Personal-use only? because I want to use it for the business server but I'm not sure if it's allowed.
