Lost - Season Three

Recommended Posts

So far:

Jacks - Ok, we find out a bit more about the divorce

Sun/Jin - Bit boring, found out that Sun had a affair and she can lie to people

Locke - Poor, started of from no where, don't know how it could be linked to his paralyzing?

Sawyer - Best so far, found out he has a daughter and did care about her

Eko - Good, least it picked up from a previous flashback

Kate - Ok, again nothing much interesting.

The only flashback I liked this season was Sawyers but even that was tedious at times...their flashbacks just dont seem right when they do them...as Hurmoth said they have lost touch with their audience and to think the first episode back is a Juliet flashback is gonna be cool if they get it right because shes fresh.

The worse flashback I have seen so far in the whole of lost was Rose and Bernards but i'm sure i'm not alone there that episode sucked!!!

Now that I moved in with my aunt, uncle & cousins, I introduces them to the show. Re-watched everything. Beginning with season 1.

Guess what, they're hooked now. We're on episode 5. 2-3 episode a day. I'm hoping we can get to where it ends & catch it when it starts airing again. I'm lovin' it.

Some General Spoilers that have been released today among different sources :)

- There will be a new female character joining the cast in Episode 17 who will be on the show until at least the end of the season. - SecretAgentMan

- Locke?s obsession to get to the bottom of the islands mysterious will draw suspicion from Sayid who fears Locke may be acting without the greater good in mind. AbcMediaNet

- Having redeemed himself to Claire, Charlie?s future will be in doubt when Desmond shares a vision with him. AbcMediaNet

- There will be after effects from the hatch implosion which may have global consequences. AbcMediaNet

- A prop seen on set indicates there may be a 70?s flash back coming. The object may get destroyed because there were two of them. Super Sock

- Ben survives the operation and is around for at least five more episodes. Crave Online

- Ben and Locke may yet have scenes together. Crave Online

Just saying that people all over south korea's web portals or forums hate sun alot but support jin.

Doesnt that say on the same page that its fake??

Where? I see where it says "THETAILSECTION" and underneath that it says "WWW.THETAILSECTION.COM" but I don't where it says it is fake though.

Not that I believe it is real, to be honest I don't care if it is real or not :p

I don't know how much I buy it. I mean, Lost isn't a vulgar show, yet that paper.... :shiftyninja:

The language was all in stage directions, not in on screen dialog, so it is still possible. The screenplay writers can right whatever they want to in stage directions. The censors never see that, only the actors, director, ABC executives probably. Only people inside ABC get to see that though, everyone else sees the actors acting out the stage directions and saying the dialog. So it is possible that is real.

Thats what made me think of that Spoiler I read a few months back.... :shifty:....It could be reality this script and from that other promo we had a week or so back we do

see Sawyer with a boat

so I wouldnt think it was all lies :)

That was weird.

Desmond saying "You're going to die." At the end of that. Wonder if he was saying that to Charlie?

Yeah

I think that could back up that Charlie Spoiler I posted yesterday...or maybe the Global effect seeing as Desmond is a Pyschic now

Official Sypnosis for Season 3 Part 2

As the second part of Season Three opens, Jack seems to have gained the upper hand, as Ben?s life literally rests in his hands. His demands are simple ? release Kate and Sawyer as prisoners of ?The Others,? let them safely return to the island and he?ll stay behind. But does Jack have a hidden agenda? Kate finally made her romantic decision between Jack and Sawyer by choosing the smitten con man ? but were her feelings for him genuine? Juliet ? one of ?The Others? -- makes a shocking decision that could endanger her standing with her people. After the death of Eko, Locke?s obsession to uncover the secrets of the island leads Sayid to believe that his intentions may not be in the best interests of his fellow survivors. Sun and Jin will continue to celebrate their pregnancy ? but is the child really Jin?s? Just as Charlie returns into the good graces of Claire and her baby, Aaron, Desmond drops a bombshell on him that could change the course of his life forever. After the hatch imploded and the electromagnetic charge was expelled, questions arise as to what effects it had on the island ? as well as the outside world. Will Penny Widmore find the island and her long, lost love, Desmond, and can the survivors find a way to interact with the outside world?

Nothing new there infact I am sure a lost moment was a near replica

Seems Santoro has gone on the record stating that he will be filming a death sequence for his character Paulo this month. If memory serves, that puts Paulo's death somewhere around episode 12-14.

Santoro was a little ambivalent about it, stating he'd rather be doing movies anyways. Fans in his native Brazil will have to wait awhile to see Santoro on their screens as LOST Season Two is just now preparing to air there in February.

Well, I can see why they would introduce a new character, only to kill them. They're more expendable than a regular, although a regular could just as well get killed off. Kind of like, "Instead of killing this great character, 'this' person will get caught in the middle and die instead."

    • Dead on arrival at that price. Like they missed the mark by multiple hundreds of dollars - this should actually undercut the Macbook Air at $899 if they want any sort of sales / further adoption of WoA
    • Wow, 50% increase for the base model. That's steep!
    • A group made up of dozens of cybersecurity experts, including several well-known veterans of the industry, published an open letter to the U.S. government asking it to lift the export control order on Anthropic’s Fable and Mythos models. According to the open letter, “this action has taken the best models away from [cybersecurity] defenders” who now can’t use the models to find vulnerabilities and make their software and products more secure. “To pull the best capabilities away from defenders without a good reason when our adversaries are rapidly advancing is dangerous,” read the letter. On Friday, the U.S. government ordered Anthropic to limit the export of Fable and Mythos, citing national security concerns, without explaining the specific reasons behind the order, according to Anthropic. In response, the company suspended access to the models to all users worldwide.     https://techcrunch.com/2026/06/15/cybersecurity-vets-protest-dangerous-us-government-ban-on-anthropics-most-powerful-models/
