Slinky's ROCK! I personally love the old metal ones best, but the plastic ones are cheaper and if they do bend like the OP's, then you can just toss it out and get a new one.

To the OP: Have you tried heating up the plastic and putting it back into shape? Keep in mind I mean warm enough to make the plastic plyable not melting and burning. While not the safest option and not one I suggest doing, but an option none the less.

Put it in some really hot water for a minute or two, then take it out and push the rings together, so that it's in the form it should be in. Hold it like that until it cools, or put a book on top of it. It should be much better if not perfect now.

after i posted mine i read urz .. better idea than mine :)

lol that doesn't make sens at all

you CAN indeed fix this kind of situation. Easy street for plastic version - preheat the oven at 250, then set the slinky on a tin foil lined cookie sheet. Let it sit for about 10 to 20 minutes, but kinda guage it. The slinky will set back into position.

For metal ones, it's a little more tricky, but totally fixable. I won't get into this though.

Too late, he already shot it and burried it.

    • On xiaomi hyperos there's also an option to disable google assistant. I've got everything disabled. Only thing I do have installed is a web wrapped for duck.ai which claims to let you use various AIs anonymously
    • I need to understand the rationale of not shipping all of these K2 improvements in a single update/release. It's giving "we will fix Windows 11 but no commitments". It seems to me that they just announce these improvements just to appease the community.
    • The term "RTM" is long gone starting with Windows 10. Every current release is a GA build. This is the result of MS making Windows as a Service (WaaS).
