Ar3s
This totally messed up my non-logitech keyboard. Does anyone have the version right before this 3.10 version that they can upload and send to me, because everything worked fine without this update. Thanks. ftp://ftp.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/mo...point301enu.exe I have a MX5000 set and I've disabled Setpoint for months now. I don't need the media features, and the keyboard and mouse function without any lag as long as Setpoint is disabled. I'll update eventually, but I'll most likely go back to disabling it. doesn't mx5000 use bluetooth ? that doesn't need setpoint Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/497644-logitech-setpoint-310/page/2/#findComment-587905738 Share on other sites

CrisCr0ss
is it wrth the update from the previous version. using 3.0.1 which works fine. Does this use less resources? I wish it was able to function w/o the software and out of the box (mx1000) that is Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/497644-logitech-setpoint-310/page/2/#findComment-587906198 Share on other sites

Slimy
You sure the SetPoint doesn't support the MX510? It seems the mx510 needs mouseware, not setpoint. oCYBERDOGo
***Fix for users experiencing problems with Setpoint and Windows Vista Volume Control not working *** :D Heres a fix for those who may have a Logitech keyboard with volume control keys and other functions that you like to have the Setpoint Application display the status functions on the display. If you are currently running Windows Vista you may find that Setpoint works but the volume control keys DON'T. Heres a quick fix for this problem and I have tested this fix and I am running Vista 5744. Browse to C:-->Program Files-->LogitechSetpoint-->SetPoint.exe Right click on Setpoint.exe and select properties. Click the compatibility mode tab and check the box and select Windows XP SP2 and click apply and ok Now to your surprise you will find that your volume control display does work and change the volume on your computer and all is good again. Just thought I would share this with you all Peace, O?????eب???O Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/497644-logitech-setpoint-310/page/2/#findComment-587943280 Share on other sites
