Any reason why you want to know this or is it just for kicks??

I guess I'm old school and use standard, I find outline too hard to read easily and I don't like the way the first post is shown at the top of every page in linear (especially on threads with long first posts)

Linear.. i find it easier knowing what the main topic is about, it's displayed on every page. and it cuts off the main topic from the replies.

i think your poll should have a 4th option.. "theres forum modes?" because not everyone knows about it / too lazy to adjust it.

Standard, its easier. the other two formats are just annoying and confusing

I personally find it the other way around for Linear.

Outline is just plain right hard to read, and the problem with standard is that people constantly refer to the post, but do not quote it. This way, if in in page 28 of a thread and someone randomly refers to the first post, i know what they're going on about.

standard and Linear+ are like the same

no they're not. If you look close enough, when using Linear+, the first post of a thread is displayed at the top of every page in the thread.

Hmm, Outline isn't doing too well, I think I'm gonna have to re-vote for my underdog there just because :p so make that a 1 vote for Outline :D

Anyway, I use Linear+ as well. It is too hard sometimes to see what the original post is after about the 5th page.

    • Yes for me, I installed 'old calculator' (Windows 7 calculator) in its place since it is more useful to me. I think paint is the only one I left installed
    • eh I'll wait for the June 2026 MVS ISO downloads which should be coming out next Tuesday June 16 and possibly contain build 8655 instead of 8653
