awesome ending, really should shock the ppl of Jericho now, cause they have been sorta laid back about the whole 'oh dear a nuclear bomb just exploded, why cant i access my email?' situation haha

Town being Destroyed or Checking Mail for that bit of Spam?...Glad to see Jericho got their priorities right :)

After the second episode it kinda became boring, i don't know why.

Pretty much all the same stuff. I think i'm gonna skip a few episodes and watch them again halfway the season.

If it doesn't have anything i have not seen before i just stop watching it cause till now it's not that special.

I just found something interesting on Jericho on Wikipedia...each episode begins with a morse code message

1 .--- . .-. .. -.-. .... --- / .--. .. .-.. --- - "JERICHO PILOT" Probable reference to the episode being the first, or "pilot" episode of the series.

2 .--- . .-. .. -.-. .... --- / ..-. .- .-.. .-.. --- "JERICHO FALLO" Probable reference to the episode's depicted pending threat of rain laced with hazardous nuclear fallout to the town's residents. "FALLO" being short for "FALLOUT."

3 .--- . .-. .. -.-. .... --- / - .... .-. . . "JERICHO THREE" Probable reference to this episode being the third in the series both in broadcast scheduling and position in the story arc.

4 .... . / -.- -. --- .-- ... / .-. --- -... "HE KNOWS ROB" Probable reference to "Victor Miller" and his relationship with Robert Hawkins.

5 .... . .-. . / .. ... / .- / ..-. .. .-. . "THERE IS A FIRE" Probable reference to one or more of at least three seperate fires that endanger parts of the town. Also may be a veiled reference to the two ICBMs seen flying overhead at the end of the episode

Thoughts tonight one was a bit poor compared to the others and it seems Hawkins is something do with the Government so did they hand pick people to put in towns so they could keep order?...does seem quite strange.

I quite like the idea that Hawkins has a Government issued laptop...Panasonic Roughbook is a cool laptop my dad had one when he worked for Telephone Company....sorta answers the question that he knew what was coming :)

I noticed an issue in last nights episode;

Facts:

1) There is no power after the EMP

2) The black guy obviously works for the government and his only link to the government is that laptop.

3) He spent time editing his family picture on the laptop.

Problem:

1) Um, yeah, how will he recharge the battery on his laptop?

2) How will he eventually explain to the government that communication stoped because he was photoshoping?

;)

they would take out the terrorists resources.

In reality, the US would NEVER detonate an EMP over it?s own US soil. It would completely destroy the nation?s infrastructure, which many experts say would take decades to rebuild. Also, the collateral lose of life from a continental EMP would far exceed the immediate death toll of a nuclear strike.

My guess, if the show has any merit, is that the EMP was deployed by whomever the enemy turns out to be, in an attempt to prevent further US nuclear launches.

At the moment we can only speculate who is against US...because then we could know what they are doing, EMP wouldnt be launched unless it was for a reason so I would assume to the enemy defending themselves.

Maybe he has battery packs for the laptop. At first I thought he was behind the nuclear attack, now I think he works with the government. But, it seems he doesn't know who the EMP attack was directed to. If I remember correctly, he typed "Who is the target? -- Ours or theirs."

What was with Jake Green at the end of the episode. He seemed all evil like. And the guy in jail said "he's coming and he'll get us both."

This maintenance-focused release includes bug fixes, updated translations, and a range of safe enhancements. This release fixes a Windows security issue that could allow arbitrary file deletion during privileged cleaning (reported by Zeze with TeamT5). It also adds new cleaners (including a DNS cache cleaner, Claude Code, and Visual Studio Code forks), support for multiple Chrome and Edge profiles, new deep scan options for developer directories like node_modules and venv, and safer, faster file shredding. All Platforms Added cleaners for Claude Code, DNS cache, and many Visual Studio Code forks. Added support for multiple Chrome and Edge profiles. Chrome can now clean downloaded AI models. Deep Scan can optionally remove venv, __pycache__, node_modules, and .angular directories. Deep Scan is faster by skipping directories on the keep list. File shredding is safer, faster, and leaves fewer recoverable traces. Improved handling of cookies, symlinks, Unicode filenames, external processes, and configuration files. Improved Expert Mode warnings and long warning dialogs. Fixed crashes related to cleaner detection, invalid Unicode, and malformed cleaner data. Clipboard is now cleared automatically after shredding files via paste operations. Linux Added AppImage support. Added cleaners for Visual Studio Code, Codeium, Librewolf (.deb), Transmission (Flatpak), and Profanity. Improved Linux trash detection, including Snap-installed applications and mounted drives. Fixed Wayland root CLI issues and several Snap-related problems. Improved package dependencies, AppStream metadata, and desktop file handling. Fixed startup crashes when Python Requests is unavailable. Windows Fixed a security vulnerability that could allow arbitrary file deletion when cleaning with elevated privileges. Added %WindowsSystem% variable support. Improved clipboard clearing using native Windows APIs. Improved installer experience on unsupported Windows versions. Reduced installer size and improved application robustness. Fixed Unicode handling, filename anonymization, Git revision reporting, and splash screen stability. • DriversCloud 12.1.6 by Razvan Serea With DriversCloud (formerly My-Config.com), you can explore your computer easily, safely and free. The application quickly scans your PC and identifies the hardware and software components. DriversCloud then establishes a list of the different drivers compatible with your OS and hardware. Download the drivers needed for the proper functioning of your computer. To detect your drivers, DriversCloud also displays a detailed summary of your hardware and software configuration, analyzes your BSOD, monitors in real-time your PC voltages and temperatures and lets you share your configuration online. Once the hardware components have been detected, you will be able to obtain with just a few clicks the latest drivers corresponding to the identified hardware. You can record your configuration on the site for free, and can get the corresponding URL to post the configuration to technical forums, e-mail and social networks. You can also download the detection result (the configuration) as a PDF file. To protect the user's privacy and data confidentiality, a 4-level confidentiality system was created that filters the XML marks and gives control to the user. The default level can be modified in the preferences. Using the maximum level will prevent the user from publishing his configuration and generating a corresponding PDF file. In non-connected mode, each XML configuration is stored on the server for one day (for practical reasons). However, you are given the opportunity to manually delete it. Created in 2004, and continually improved, My-Config.com has established itself on the web as a free service to PC users running Windows and Linux operating systems. The service is designed to work with the most common Internet browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari).
