I do hope they get signed on for a 2nd season, because things got a lot more interesting in the past month or so. Hopefully they can keep up the pace next season.

this was the second season and they wont be getting signed for a third :(

"As previously reported, "The Unit," "Numbers" and "Ghost Whisperer" will be back next season, as will "NCIS" and all three "CSI" skeins."

as if there isnt enoguh cop shows on tv DAMMIT!!!! they have to go and cancel the show i found to be a breathe of fresh air. this Is a bad move

Er, it was not the second season. Just because a show goes on a break during its season does not mean it is two entire seasons. A typical TV show runs between 22-26 episodes; it varies with each show and season (Monk gets 16, BSG used to get 13, 24 is the only consistent show in episode count). To draw viewers, shows are aired in the fall and then a break ensues, where the show, in the same season, returns to conclude its season, with a possible break somewhere along the line so that the show can finish up in what is called the May sweeps. You won't see season one and two of Jericho on DVD, because there hasn't been a second season.

Anyways, it was a decent show, nothing spectacular, but somewhat amusing. I don't think I'll miss it.

Shame. While I think all the fans would have liked to see a conclusion to the 'war' ensuing between New Bern and Jericho, as well as find out more about the nuke conspiracy, I think CBS would have had problems filling an entire season. Perhaps two, three episodes with the military stopping the New Bern attack, and then it'd become the Black Jauer Power Hour (Rob Hawkins). While not a bad story, it's not 'Jericho'. The town would have had nothing left to do once the military showed up and rehabilitated the place.

It was good while it lasted.

I'm more disappointed with Invasion being canceled than this (yes, it's been a year, but that show rocked). Invasion had so much going for it. Jericho? Not nearly as much.

Yeah but the ending opened up for the second season and just to end it like this is crap...I know other shows have had the same treatment...if they just brought back 1 more episode in the summer...that would be good

Exactly . . I can accept a cancellation (i have before). . but if CBS could just give us one last 2hr "finale" episode to conclude the story (the conspiracy and the town war). . thats all I ask . .

to just leave us hanging like that . . I feel used :(

Yeah I have also seen on major tv blogs that most of the comments are about Jericho and how they want it back...

What I hate is when these studios have a show which they are unsure if ti will make it to another season but they make a cliffhanger ending like they did. Same thing happened with John Doe & Fastlane on fox some years ago. I can understand mid-season cancellations like what happened to Firefly but the season finishes but they don't wrap anything up and now it won't end. Hopefully they will make a movie of the week to finish it off or something but I doubt it. Maybe Sci-Fi can pick up the series and continue it!

Yeah I was thinking maybe the writer can shop it around to other networks...

Sadly it's not as easy as that, from what it looks like CBS owns the rights, or one of the other 2 production companies so they would be the ones with the choice of selling it. Its possible it can happen. But if it does, it will have to happen damn soon or theres a risk of the key actors signing onto other projects since Jericho had been officially canned, already it could be too late, who knows.

43,000 out of the millions the networks want in the watching of the show. Don't feel disappointed if it reaches 150K and nothing happens.

I was told that someone was willing to fund the continued production of Firefly, and yet, it didn't pick up any steam.

Shame that this show was cancelled i mean in my view much better then CSI stuff.

Yeah I think for me it was a shock it got canceled...after all the way it ended if CBS were gonna cancel it then they should of least told the crew before filming the finale...

    • DriversCloud 12.1.6 by Razvan Serea With DriversCloud (formerly My-Config.com), you can explore your computer easily, safely and free. The application quickly scans your PC and identifies the hardware and software components. DriversCloud then establishes a list of the different drivers compatible with your OS and hardware. Download the drivers needed for the proper functioning of your computer. To detect your drivers, DriversCloud also displays a detailed summary of your hardware and software configuration, analyzes your BSOD, monitors in real-time your PC voltages and temperatures and lets you share your configuration online. Once the hardware components have been detected, you will be able to obtain with just a few clicks the latest drivers corresponding to the identified hardware. You can record your configuration on the site for free, and can get the corresponding URL to post the configuration to technical forums, e-mail and social networks. You can also download the detection result (the configuration) as a PDF file. To protect the user's privacy and data confidentiality, a 4-level confidentiality system was created that filters the XML marks and gives control to the user. The default level can be modified in the preferences. Using the maximum level will prevent the user from publishing his configuration and generating a corresponding PDF file. In non-connected mode, each XML configuration is stored on the server for one day (for practical reasons). However, you are given the opportunity to manually delete it. Created in 2004, and continually improved, My-Config.com has established itself on the web as a free service to PC users running Windows and Linux operating systems. The service is designed to work with the most common Internet browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari).
