Otherwise, it is a very easy game for achievements, even for most the ones I put up. Some are time consuming others are not. :)

How is the game? I played the first one at a friends house and hated it.

congrats slane, it's about time you bounced back but...Backyard Football?@ what the hell dude? as for Just Cause 2, no intention of playing that one for now, but will be getting Metro 2033 this weekend and will also try for a discounted copy of Prototype, it's time i replayed that one, it deserves it.

Dude points is points. Besides who doesn't want to see kid Tom Brady be a kicker?

Prey came in Gamefly, roommate me suffered through an hour to allow me to snag the last MP achievements. I'll finish up the campaign + mini-games ones at a later date. So next two games *should* be Madden NFL 08 and Terminator. But that can change.

there's no suffering in Prey, one of the best games ever. But then never tried the MP, maybe you're right, could me mediocre...

can't seem to edit this....anywy managed to make my goal of 50K by the end of march thanks to Bad Co 2 - finished the campaign finally.

I meant the fact he had to keep running at me for me to kill him. That sucked big time. I'd love to play some prey, straight up it would loads of fun. And grats on your 50k. Hot on my heels. Might just have to quit abusing Netflix and actually play games more often. :(

And just to provide some stats for myself.

57.18% completion percentage.

27 completed games.

1990 achievements earned.

How is the game? I played the first one at a friends house and hated it.

I am enjoying it. I did not enjoy the first one as much I am this one. I also do not think it is AS repetitive as the first one was. They improved a lot from the first one, I do love parachuting grabbing everywhere as it almost proves faster than a vehicle if it is close or just fast travel.

One big complaint that I have is that there is very little ammo dropped for some weapons, especially the assault rifle. There seems to be much more dropped for the SMG and Pistol than any others. Then to resupply these, at any time, you can buy the weapon again. Yes, the weapon, no ammo purchasing in this one. You have to pay $55,000 for the assault rifle.

Now do not get me wrong, this is not a big problem as it may seem, you would get it by playing. It is just a bit of an annoyance sometimes, that is all. As far as having to purchase it for $55k, you get so much money in this game and nothing to spend it on that it is not even a big deal. I have almost a million dollars and I am around 25% completed with the game (not the storyline).

My advice would probably be to rent the game. There should be enough time to play at least the storyline before having the return the game unless it's from GameFly.

wow just cause 2 is $55K, that's a bit much mistical.

slane, doubt i'll catch up with you anytime soon, MW2 is too much of an attraction now and of course no G love there...and your 1990 achieves..surprised, thought we'd have more total achieves! it feels like a million, not a couple of thousand. i don't mean points, i mean the actual achieves.

You should definitely add yourself to the TA board even if your not going to use it. :)

hmmm think for now will keep with the one leaderboard. nice going with Dante's Inferno, heard it's at least a good game, not one of your Museum efforts.

Ya but see, you can add yourself and then never visit. Your the closet guy I got to me and it's my goal to stay ahead of you. By adding yourself to TA I can see all the latest achievements and such you've gotten. :)

A little competition never hurts ehh?

Conviction isn't that bad, it's got some atmosphere and the game mechanics are sound, not the best title ever but then never was a huge Splinter Cell devotee. doubt a normal person can finish it in one evening, i mean a paid reviewer, sure, but not one of us.

Hey Slane..i'm the closest guy you got to you? heheh you're in trouble if that's the case, but i'm flattered heheh :blush:

as for Tinker, not sure what that is, why are we talking about it? BTW will join the new leaderboard cause i do believe in transparency, and if you say it's good for competition, than why the hell not.
