So TA is back up for those of you who prefer to use that site. Just going to take a few days for it to get all your games and what not tracked again.

Haven't done much in the GS department, but I'm getting the urge to get some points. Reach help'd a far bit, leaving me with only one achievement to go, which I do not feel like grinding out. So going to start LO and aim for the full 1k for that game. Should be fun. :)

finally some modicum of action on here...courtesy agent "legendary's too easy" slane heh heh. well nice one on Reach. I think we're still on track for the annual goals of 4.5 mil points and 230K achieves, i'm well ahead on my own goal of 62K for the year, but right now my gaming future is kinda cloudy so you never know. i may still miss out on much of the season due to work.

hey let's hear from some other people, what's with the silence?

AG3NT SLANE can be removed from the MGC leaderboards. Changed my GT and thought MGC could handle it pretty well, doesn't appear so. Looks like there asking me to load up all my previous games to get the missing GS (54k worth). And that just isn't going to happen. I don't even have a quarter of the games I'm missing in my list. So I'll be at TA solely now (as if the new GT wasn't enough) and using them. So much better of a site. :)

Hope everyone who joined the TA leaderboard will come back. All you need to do is login then go through the 5 minute process of re-validating your account and it'll add ya to the scanner que. Should only take a few days till they have ya at a 100% again.

what was wrong with Agent Slane? i liked that handle, you're like Underoath, had a perfect handle, changed it, and since then, hardly heard from again! leave well enough alone i say!

AG3NT derived from a now defunct Halo 2 clan I had back in High School. I still play with the same guys and what not, but meh ag3nt felt old. Really, really, really wanted my old tag back. Damn MS and there ludicrous policies.

well, i registered but it never actually added me to the leaderboard, so i gave up. if you know how to add me, please do!

BTW are you going to leave both your accounts on the MGC leaderboard? you're pushing everyone down one slot!

Nah I removed agent. And the leaderboard, I have no idea why it wouldn't add you. All you gotta do is click the green button, in the bar where it says "Leaderboard is open to public." or something. Try it again. Just log back in, it'll make ya confirm e-mail again and then go to http://www.trueachievements.com/leaderboard.aspx?leaderboardid=1503 and join. It should let ya, otherwise I dunno what to tell ya.

So took advantage of the B2G1 free at gamestop this weekend. 6 games for 70 bucks. :)

Magna Carta 2, Star Ocean, Risen, Infinite Undiscovery, The Last Remnant and Star Wars: Force unleashed. My RPG carving has been fixed. :)

Thanks to MC2, hit 62k also. And completed Fable 2. 37 completed games! :)

No news? :(

Neo stated this was our collective goal:

"4.5 million points and 230K achievements "

We currently sit at: 4.3 million and 202k achievements. Think we can still do it?

Completed Fable 3 (18th world wide!) which put me into 63k. Not sure if I wanna finish MagnaCart 2 or start New Vegas. NV has been sitting there since midnight launch, and I'm feeling bad for not playing it yet.

70% Completion Rate

75000 Gamerscore

Top 100 RPG leaderboard according to MGC

Those were the goals I set for myself. Can't see any of 'em happening if I keep playing like I am.

hopefully getting back to gaming again, haven't really felt like picking up any games in the last half year or so apart from Red Dead Redemption. Played a bit of Mafia II but it's quite disappointing so far. any games you guys recommend that came out recently? I'm looking at Medal Of Honor, maybe The Force Unleashed II when it gets out. (I'm one of the few that actually loved the first one :p)

The Force Unleashed II when it gets out. (I'm one of the few that actually loved the first one :p)

Came out last Tuesday and from what I heard it's amazing.

Used XP glitch to finish out the last 4 Fallout 3 achievements. That puts me at 39 completed games. And I can finally start to play New Vegas.

sorry didn't get a chance to post here in a while...thanks for keeping the place lively, slane, and glad to see most of us are still gaming.

hey cheer up, it's almost the holidays! games coming in thick and fast. managed to get to my goal of 62K well before the end of the year, so i think we as a group can certainly make out collective goals of 4.5 mil, 230K.

anyway, it would be great to see more people posting here!

congrats Jonny on the 21K, although i'm not sure what i'm congratulating you for, you should be much higher! back in the COD3 days you were like 1.5K if i recall correctly, i was just over 3K...look at us now! slacker.

welcome aboard Evolution, good to have you. we need all the help we can get, as you can see for yourself we're in danger of not meeting our total achievement quota for the year! we need to be at 230K achievements by Dec 31/Jan 1 strike of midnight!

    • Weekend PC Game Deals: Resident Evil, Mafia, Like a Dragon, and more by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Weekend PC Game Deals is where the hottest gaming deals from all over the internet are gathered into one place every week for your consumption. So kick back, relax, and hold on to your wallets. The Epic concluded its mystery giveaways this week with another double freebie promotion. As a part of this, you can now grab Rogue Waters and Songs of Conquest to keep. Songs of Conquest is a turn-based 4X strategy game where you'll be managing a kingdom, making tough decisions, and taking down enemy forces in tactical combat. Meanwhile, Rogue Waters is a roguelike where, as a pirate captain, you command a ship and crew through procedurally generated encounters. The double giveaway is coming to an end on June 11. On the same day, Warhammer 40K Speed Freeks will join in as the next freebie. Another Humble Choice offer was revealed earlier this week, bringing a refreshed eight-game selection to jump into. The June selection is Octopath Traveler 2, The Riftbreaker, Life is Strange: Double Exposure, INDIKA, Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector, Construction Simulator, Hell Clock, and Overlooting to keep as Steam keys. The $15 bundle gives you all eight games from this month's Choice selection. The month-long promotion will come to an end on July 6, giving you ample time to decide on whether you want the titles. The Humble Store also brought in standard gaming collections this week. The IGN Live Bundle kicked things off with games like Control, Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew, Blair Witch, Rollerdrome, and The Last Campfire for $10. At the same time, the We Will Always be Here bundle carried in titles like Bad End Theater, Thirsty Suitors, Vampire Therapist, and Tavern Talk for $12. Next, the 2K Sports Champions Bundle comes touting games like NBA 2K26, PGA TOUR 2K25, OlliOlli World Rad Edition, and TopSpin 2K25 with a hefty $25 price tag. • Exciting! It’s amazing how hearing Japanese can naturally enhance the perceived quality of any experience or product.
    • Your other comment in another article says otherwise, namely "Microsoft veteran wants to replace every single line of C/C++ code with Rust and AI".
    • Sued and... exonerated. Oh, they learned a lesson alright. They learned that anyone who uses the word "antiturst" in conjunction with "Microsoft" is an idiot, even if that person is Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson. That judge ruined the image of the US justice system. Microsoft Edge has a 5.14% market share. Also, Windows is no longer the #1 OS. None of this constitutes a monopoly. Google Chrome, however, has 70.25% share. Also, Google's Android is the #1 OS. Now that's closer to a monopoly.
