Nice! I loved the eerie music they played at the beginning and during the Joker's darker scenes. You could just tell something was coming and it fit the mood perfectly, not the mention the cool dun, dun, dun-dun-dun music that was played in the trailers and movie :D

Sound problems:

I got my copy of The Dark Knight DVD and there are sound problems.

1. I have to pretty much turn up the volume full blast in order to hear anything and,

2. The sound often makes popping and crackling noises.

Is anybody else having the same problems?

1) No

2) No

I saw it for the first time the other day (yes before release) and it is a amazing movie and too bad Heath died...would of been awesome if he could of continued on with the Batman series. I think this should sweep all the awards!

The Marketing for this movie is Incredible... check out Gotham tonight features if you haven't already...

WOW!!!

Also, man, I am sure Batfans and Non-Batfans alike would equally enjoy Batman Tech and Psychology of Batman features... if they are watching those for the 1st time.

I am fine with the contents on there already it satisfy me enough.

They could have more, but I see NO reason to complain!

Do have the Blu-Ray? I don't think those are on the DVD... which is annoying. The Batman Begins DVD had twice the content. There's nothing on how they did the Two Face make up or even the Jokers makeup...

The Dark Knight Breaks Blu-ray Disc Sales Record

The Dark Knight sold a record 600,000 Blu-ray Discs in the U.S. on its first day of release on Dec. 9, or about 21% of its total units, according to Warner Home Video.

"We think we will hit 1 million this weekend," said WHV president Ron Sanders. "What's really encouraging about it is that the Blu-ray version did exceptionally well across the board. It wasn't just selling in Best Buy or Wal-Mart, but also it did well in grocery and game stores. It was surprising to us just how well it did."

Prior to The Dark Knight, the best Blu-ray Disc performer was Paramount Home Entertainment's Iron Man, which moved 260,000 high-def copies on its first day on sale Sept. 30, and 500,000 units in its first week.

This year's highest-grossing film, The Dark Knight, which generated $530 million in U.S. theatrical ticket sales, moved about 3 million copies in both standard and high-def in the U.S. on its first day of release.

The movie's 21% Blu-ray Disc share of sales easily tops the average 10% portion that was generated from releases in the format earlier this year.

    • Poll: Grand Theft Auto VI price predictions, cast your vote by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe After years of waiting, Rockstar will be solidifying the launch date of Grand Theft Auto VI with the launch of pre-orders next week. While the studio has confirmed a date for this occasion, it is yet to attach a price to the highly anticipated game. So let's see what our readers think it will cost at launch. The Grand Theft Auto VI pre-orders will kick off on June 25 for digital and physical editions. Unless some last-minute changes happen, the release date will be November 19, 2026, across Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. Unfortunately, there's still no information about a PC version from the developer or the publisher Take-Two. Now the question becomes, how much will Grand Theft Auto VI cost at launch? The game is predicted by some analysts to be the biggest launch of an entertainment product ever. With the amount of hype that has been built behind it and with ballooning development costs, Take-Two may price this Grand Theft Auto entry differently from other AAA titles. The current price of a AAA game is $69.99. That norm almost rose to $79.99 before calming down. But with such a massive release, Grand Theft Auto VI may be the game that pushes the boundary again. It's also possible that Take-Two keeps the price relatively low to increase the number of players that jump in early and keep them hooked on Grand Theft Auto Online to spend on microtransactions for years to come. Keep in mind that the below poll is asking for a prediction of the standard edition price, not a deluxe or any other special edition that Take-Two will introduce for additional benefits. Also, there is the chance of the company splitting up the campaign and online portions. If you think that will happen, put your vote on what you think will be the total cost of the two. Poll Poll: How much will Grand Theft Auto VI cost? $59.99 $69.99 $79.99 $89.99 $100 or more Submit Vote If you have a very specific prediction in mind, sound off in the comments below.
