Logo Request

i'm looking for 3 logo's similar to the ones below for three separate housing developments, must be same sort of thing as examples and must include black and one or two other colours

Vector prefered

must tie in with the area or name of site somehow

examples:

Please ignore the currency error in the title! - Money will be paid ?25 PER LOGO ($50), so there is ?75 ready to pay between the three logo's, you can just have a go at one for ?25 or all 3 for the ?75 hope that makes sense, i just thought it was better like this than to post three separate threads.

i really like the aquilo walk and fusion court ones! there brill, not sure about the somer Vesta one though
