Nice way to advertise overpriced crap on here.

second that.. 3200 dollars :s.. damn.. that guy could of bought himself another overpriced alienware with that

xp2500 + 1gb PC2700 + Asus Mobo + Audigy + Crappy 5900SE + Plextor DVD + TDK CDRW + 2x 160Gb

uhmm.. and that for 2700 dollars.. don't tell me the case was worht a 1000 bucks.. cause for 1700 i can get the same ****.. even better + a better monitor... damn for that price you should have at least given the guy a "Regulare" +3200 and not an overclocked 2500+...

you are a rip off.. you won't see me buying from you.. pff a 1000 bucks for a modded case my ass :x

I checked that fsb with some multipliers

when i pull up 217x11.5 its =2495.5 and your definatly not using 12x cos thats in the 2.6 range

tho most likely its wavering it the decimals which put her over 2.5

nice voltage (vcore) btw

a lil nice oc for that chip

keep it up.. id like to see the 2400 mobile proove it can take some heat ^_^

you are right, I rounded up the ghz. Where I was leaving the FSB alone. But now I've switched and went 12 x 208 to get 2.5ghz 420FSB (rounded) on 1.95v, 2.8vdimm CAS 2-2-3-6 temps are about the same

I guess I should have given all of you a complete picture of the system a little better.:

You can't buy parts in Canada for the price you get in the states. Not even close.

If I buy parts in the US, then I have to pay taxes, and duties, so I might have well purchased them in

Canada. Also, you are forgetting something important.

You speak, and you don't think. Not one person asked about the software? and Yes, I should have

listed it with my price.

XP Professional

Office 2003 Professional

Front Page 2003

Map Point 2004

AutoCAD 2004 - this was the customers main cost.

Norton Sysytem works professional 2004

Adobe Acrobat Professional 6.0 - not the free reader.

Quicken 2003

Drive Image 7.0

Diskeeper 8.0

Plus all of the usually software that I setup with each machine, like

Tweak XP, Adobe Reader, WinZip, Downloader Accelerator, Nero, DVD clone, WinDVD,

Corel Photo and Print, Virtual CD, cc cleaner, Registry Mechanic 2.1, Etc.

Not to mention a complete custom Data Base built from Visual Basic's.

The other hardware is the Wasp CCD Reader, Wasp Barcode Printer, Wasp labeler software to

integrate with the custom data base software. Plus 2,000 4 color print VIP cards with his logo and

on the back, the barcode and signature panel.

Also forgot the UPS, the cables, hubs, and accessories.

I should have charged him more that I did. He got an excellent deal.

So, this gives you a better understanding of the whole picture, other than just the system.

If it was just the system, sure I could build two for the same price, even with Canada prices.

An overprices AlienWare, can't even compete with me on custom work, or software, except their new cases.

This was for a professional customer, you can't go all out with your mods, it had to have a professional look,

So now if want to trash the system, go ahead. My company has been doing great since 1997, and it keeps

getting better. I'm in the middle of a complete redesign of our entire network to refresh the websites, and yet

my traffic is increasing even with some of the pages that are not finished yet.

By the way, some of your overclocks are great.

This was a Customer's order for a Custom PC I built and

Designer Pro developed, designed, and deployed a

Custom Reward Points Data base software system for this company.

A7N8X -E 400 FSB Mainboard - Dual Lan's with Gigabite and wi-fi slot.

AMD XP Barton 2500+ over - clocked to 3200+

1 Gb Kingston Hyper X DDR 2700 - Dual - Channel 400

Audigy 2 ZS Sound Card

GeForce FX 5900 SE Video Card

Two Seagate Barracuda's SATA 160 Gb - 7200 rpm - 8mb buffer

TDK 24/10/40 VeloCD ReWriter - CDRW

Plextor PX-504UF DVD with 4X DVD+R, 2.4X DVD+RW write speeds

Kanguru Internal 7 in one Media Reader

Panasonic Floppy Drive

Hewlett-Packard L1530 15" LCD Monitor ( I would have went with the ViewSonic P220F )

They didn't care about sound, so I hooked him up with a

Ultimate Speaker Sicuro 2.1 RW-360XL setup with blue led's to

go with the system's theme. I would have went with (Klipsch 5.1 pros)

Same with the keyboard and optical mouse combo unit by Mitsuko to match system.

You can check out some of the others at IntelliTech

and Gamers at Designer Pro's Source for RPG Games

The case was a ULTRA Gloss Black Case with a 500 Watt PS. I modded everything, from complete wiring with chrome sleeving to

Blue cold cathode tubes and fans, Mirror backing, etched his logo on side panel, Hurricane grills all around, and two laser cut

RED Maple Leaf Grills backlit with tri color fans. I used a Phantom Heatsink and fan and used a blue UV mod on the power supply.

I used a lot of little goodies to finish it off, from chrome thumbscrews to Blue UV piant on all of the small board pieces.

(Maximum MegaFLOPS Mine - 733.1 vs P4 3200 HT - 459.0) - (3D Mark 03 - Mine - 3525 - P4 3200 HT - 3326)

Just thought I would see what you think, and what hardware would you have changed? (other than AMD 64 units)

You are pathetic. Go home con artist, nobody is going to buy your overpriced, ****tarded ripoff ****ty built hardware.

I feel sorry for the sod that bought that hunk of ****.

My current settings:

14 x 166 = 2338mhz 333FSB

Started unstable but it's become stable over time.

Will be taking it further soon. Oh voltage is 1.65v with temps 43-47c idle / half idle and 53-55c under load.

Oh and Mr. Intelli****, your a complete rip off. Eat ****, crawl back off to the ****ing retard DNA pool you came from and never surface again, lamer.

maybe that's your problem. You don't up the vcore any and expect to get 2.7ghz 400FSB:p:p

    • You are clueless. The updates are done in the background so the next time you open Edge the updates are applied automatically. There is no need to close all your tabs. Just keep browsing like you normally do. Clearly you don't use Edge and are just one of those haters that complain for the sake of complaining.
    • I don't get this David. Can you explain it please.
