That's not new. I have the same build numbers and I downloaded IE7 the day it came out and haven't updated to the "updated" version.

I have a problem, im using 64bit XP Pro, and i cant install IE7, troubleshooting its not easy to correct this.

Hope they release a less buggier installer

Just because the build number didn't change, it doesn't mean it hasn't been updated. Not all updates require a change in the build number.

There might not be a lot who check the pages everyday to see if anything has changed, but there's a lot who go download it when one of the first few report it to a site like Neowin and it ends up on the front page ;)

Slimy posted about Windows Media Player 11 being updated just like this and it made the front page where many people saw it and downloaded it.

i have ie7 and wmp11 installed ,are these 2 on windows update? ...i mean if i reinstall windows and i do and update,will i get them from there ? or the only way is going to media player / internet explorer pages ...?
