ReAnimation
Speaking of which, can someone finally answer what takes up the 25Gb on Resistance? The final game was not 25Gb it was just over 16Gb. Apparently they pulled PAL movies from the disc and also improved data compression to shrink the game down. They talk about high res textures but isn't the PS3 GPU unable to handle textures that are very high res? From reviewers everywhere we are hearing that it looks slightly below Gears of War. They talk about HD movies, which I assume mean the cutscenes aren't rendered in the game's engine. Has anyone finished the game? What's the play time? That I could understand for raising the size. Not higher res textures but more different textures for different types of maps.

That is one crazy ass statement I've seen it in person and it looks nowhere near Gears of War graphically.

It may be a crazy ass statement to you, but take a look at both www.metacritic.com and www.gamerankings.com . They have various reviews from different sources.
