Ewwww... Trident (IE) engine is terrible. You'd be much better off with IE7, even. Maxthon is the worst idea ever concieved. other than <insert topical humour here>.

erm, if you have IE7, maxthon (which is using trident, you are right about that) will have the same rendering as IE7. And trident isn't that bad, it doesn't follow the standars that well, but it's very fast and very easy to user because of it's excellent interface

How do you stop the tabs from scrolling in Firefox 2.0 I can't find anything in about:config

Type about:config and then find browser.tabs.tabMinWidth. By default, this value is set to 100, but reducing it allows for more tabs to be open before the scrolling kicks in. I believe setting the value to 0 disables the scrolling entirely.
