My university doesn't have a subscription to a journal in which there is an article I desparately need. I'm doing research in an odd-ball area in my field and there's virtually few articles to go by. My university library told me an interlibrary loand request would be 2 weeks max but its been 4 weeks since I made the request and they're still trying to process it. The other universities in my area don't have access to this journal but most other Canadian and American universities do. I would otherwise ask a friend at another local university for help.
