The theme is my personal mod of LE3. To your 2nd question, yeah that's just my Winamp playlist.

For my XP desktop:

It's almost nearly identical to my December desktop, except now the wallpaper is recoloured to match the VS better. The two formerly non-Tango icons in Explorer - WLM's sharing folders and the ugly ass Logitech camera icon - have been reshacked.
