The focus is soft here but it is a nice view.

A bit better focus but there is a branch in the way!

Feeding on berries with more branch obstruction

As I walked down further the oak lined path where I was I heard the pecking of yet another woodpecker; this time a male with the red plumage on its head. It gave me its back first.

But it suddenly looked off to its right and I snapped this capture.

They are few and far between around from what I can tell so I feel lucky even though the shots didn't turn out as well as I wanted. Thanks for the comments.
