download tweakxp here

and make sure you install the "shutdown" and "reboot" icons...then when tweakxp is instlalled look at your desk top...drag the "reboot" or "shutdown" icon to Yz dock and voala!!!!

you can then move the shutdown and reboot icons to another location no problemo

?wha? to complicated? dam lazy azz. Tweak xp is pritty much free anyway I use it to set up some tweaks, then leave it.. at most I use it once a month, that leaves me with three years with no buy buy. ( I usualy reinstal every 3 months anyway so its free and EASY
