How did you print this covers for vista becouse they are hi-res (3260x2161) and when I put them in nero cover design(latest) It doesn't fit or nero can't fit it to window. I tryed DVD Cover gold but I don't wich dvd layout to choose, I can choose from DVD Standard case and SlimLine.
