Plus if you watched much I got the feeling he wasn't liked by many of the other analyst at ESPN. He seemed to talk out of turn quite a bit too. But I'm not on set so I wouldn't know for sure. (and even if i wasn't an eagles fan i still think that) and had NO objectivity. He was always for the flamboyant types and always defended them. As great as that is to bring another perspective to the table he always backed up all the guys that weren't "team players" of the NFL and did it with weak arguments.
