Can someone make a gadget?

What I'd like to see is a simple gadget ...

Most radio stations now, have a WMP stream of their live shows.

I'd like to see if someone can build a simple gadget ... say, a box, with a "Play" and "Stop" button, as well as a mute or volume control, and a dropdown box ... the drop down could be populated by ppl who provide URL's for the .pls of the stream.

Obviously, I'd like the gadget to 'play' the stream instead of opening WMP. Unless someone knows already of a gadget that does this ???

If someone can do this, then plz pm me! I'll host the gadget and let ppl download it...
