An inactive window is already more transparent than an active window. If you want to post screenshots, post one that shows both active or both inactive windows.

Theme for Maximum Transparency

1. Login with Administrative privileges

2. Navigate to \windows\System32

3. Right-click uxtheme.dll and click properties.

4. Take ownership of the file and close dialogs.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll

6. Right-click uxtheme.dll and click properties and Give yourself or group Full Control

permissions and close dialogs

7. Repeat steps 6 for themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll.

8. Rename uxtheme.dll to uxtheme.bak and file themeui.dll to themeui.bak and Rename shsvcs.dll to

shsvcs.bak

9. Copy patched files into \windows\System32

10. Reboot

11.Click on a file Maximum.exe to Install a theme you can change directory according to your system

dir

12-Right-click on Desktop Personalize>Themes select Maximum Transparency theme

13-Enjoy

You're downplaying the biggest feature of this, you should state and screenshot in the first post that it makes the title and taskbar transparent at all times :D

I also like this themeing method, is there any other themes I can use by unzipping them to Resources now Ive patched the main files?

It doesn't make the taskbar transparent when window is maximised...thats what I was asking him to do if it is possible. My old theme had that.
