PasteBin script for own Websever?

hey guys wondered if you can help me, i have a load of programming assignments comming up in uni wich require team work, and now because its end of term, i cant really get in touch with other team mates, some i can over msn, but others dont have that so i was wondering if there is a pastebin script i could download and install on my sever for free, i know i could use pastebin's or other knock-offs to do this but i would like it on my domain where i have a chat room set up for us aswell so it's just easier, and so i can easly keep track of code chages or additons.

so does anyone know how i can get hold of the script, or how hard is it to develop one of these?

As for chat room, just set up a channel on freenode and tell your mates to hop on to irc :D
