I know. I wish we could have custom images for our Gamertag icons... But it would probably be abused with offensive images, and I'm guessing that's why they don't allow it. :/

Closest you'll get to that is using the Vision camera. Only friends will see it and it's a little pixalated/discoloured, it can turn out ok sometimes though :)

Thank God im back online again my ISP is really unreliable and i thought they were down again :o

Hey, that's a pretty good idea, thanks for that. I'll stick to mine though as it seems to identify me and it'd be weird to change :p

Regarding the threads, I vote for a Merge since the discussion seems to be mostly here and some separation with posts in the other thread.

Unfortunately, I'm not nearly as good in Halo 3 as I am in Halo 2, but hopefully that will change when the final is released and I have a few more weeks under my belt. I'm getting there... ;)

By the time I get my X Box fixed, the beta'll be expired. This sucks. Worst possible time for a console to go out.

Damn, that really sucks man, sorry to hear that. But, hey, at least it's still under warranty I'm guessing? Plus, Halo 3 will be out in September so your wait isn't too too long. :)

It's $140 for repairs. Warranty ended a long time ago.

Gah. Anyone else who's ever turned on a 360 to find it totally useless knows how I feel. Anyone who's ever seen a $400+ piece of hardware flush itself down the drain does.

Not too great of a game. You have a +5 kill death ratio. Good game for you though!

Come on now, don't be so hard on him. He's getting better and better :) Keep it up pixels (Y)

EDIT: Wow, I just realized something, it doesn't look like they're keeping track of Hit % (or am I just missing it?) That really sucks. I think that's probably one of the most important stats to gauge your progress by and I can't believe they took it out. :(

Luckily..I've had a warranty of my 360 through all it's failures. I've been on 3 different 360's in the past week and one day..don't fill bad..they wanted me to send it in and I was like umm how about not.

I'm thinking the reason is more that they sell picture packs. Who would buy them if they could get their own pics?

So instead of pointing that out, why not encourage his progression? We're all here to have fun, not everything is a competition. :)

For real. If the time comes we need to band out into groups to the people who take this all way to seriously and only care about their stats and the people who play just for fun and keep track of their stats, then I for one have no issues at all with that if it means everyone enjoying themselves.

For the record we all want to compete, we all just do not care about being the best players on the planet.
