Melfster Posted June 4, 2007 Share Posted June 4, 2007 Ok here is the problem. The Computer is laptop that connects wirelessly to router. The printer is attached to the network via a router (ethernet). The HP PSC 2510 printer drivers are installed. When I first boot up I can print. However after some time it stops working. Also if I put the computer to sleep it stops working when I come out of sleep. Does anybody have any ideas? How can I diagnose the problem? And no you can't ping the printer. S7un7 Posted June 5, 2007 Share Posted June 5, 2007 Make sure that the print spooler service (i think spoolsv.exe) is not being stopped for some reason. You can also try going to printers and faxes on the control panel. Right click on your printer and go to properties. See if there is something in there that could help.
