I finally turn on Chronflow, but I want the images are small and the main big. as seen in this picture.

I configure it?

I don't know if this Chronflow-Script comes with FooAVA, but you could use the one included in Reflex by Br3tt:

http://br3tt.deviantart.com/art/Foobar2000...ig-1-7-84618646

In the zipfile, you'll find a file called:

Reflex-chronflow-script_to_paste_in_chronflow_settings.txt

Which you need to setup in Preferences --> Display --> Chronflow --> Cover Display.

Afterwards hit "Compile/Apply".

First of all, excuse my spelling mistakes (if there are any :| ... I'm from Austria :) ).

I've been using fooAvA since a long time, and it works really great, but now I've got a question:

I'd like to have a fully transparent background, so that i can see my Windows Desktop. Disabling the background mode only gives my foobar a black background.

This would be really great, because I'm using two monitors, and foobar always runs on the left one.

Since now, i always had to make an extra background (cutting the dual-screen wallpaper in two halfes) image for foobar, to use dual-screen wallpapers.

I've added two screenshots, to make my problem clearer.

Noone got an idea, how to help me :( ?

AFAIK, a fully transparent background only works in Win Vista.

i finally decided to install W7 and try foobar2000. This mod is just too awesome. It works perfect, great job on the work you did for this.

Thanks a lot. I'm really glad you appreciate my work.

Wow, nice config! I really like it.

One Question: Is there a way, to make the Playlist-Column smaller, so that the Album Art gets bigger?

Thank you!

And yes!

One of the new features compared to FooAvA 1.05, is the ability to change the panels width ratio.

In the titlebar next to the minimize button is the ratio set button.

If you need to modify the window height too, you can save the new window size in AvAorange++'s settings panel \ bground.

im using w7 n fooava 1.05

but something weird happen, everytime i exit foobar, the foobar size will revert to the default setting

i mean the player size will shrink to its default size, eventho i already largen it before

dunno whether its win7 problem, foobar component problem or something else

anybody else have this problem ?

hope a 'guru' will lead me out from this :D

thx dawxxx :)

i didnt disabled the UAC

but instead i run as admin

n change the 'permission' setting for foobar2k folder

i use winxp before,so im not quite familiar with these 'user/group' thingy in vista n w7

lulz

so far the fooava is working just like how i want it to be :)

so after reading over the "good replacement for WMP in Windows 7" post, I decided to give foobar a try again, and of course I want dawxxx's config since it is the best out there.

Questions. Is 1.5 the latest version still?

Also is there a place that I can download all the components needed together in a pack instead of having to find each one?

Thanks

Sorry, dawx, may i ask if u'll ever make a version of FooAVA compatible with the latest foobar builds?

Because i normally use the WASAPI output to get the best audio quality, but in the latest seven build there have been some changes, so the WASAPI plugin had been updated, but foobar says that it can't use it, because it needs a newer version of foobar itself to use the updated wasapi component.

So I cannot use the wasapi output.

Sorry, dawx, may i ask if u'll ever make a version of FooAVA compatible with the latest foobar builds?

On the previous page he mentions that he is working on the CUI+PSS version of FooAvA for the latest foobar, but it'll take a while.

(I have also started the rewrite of my config (AvAOrange++), but it'll take a while too)

Ok, understood.

It means I'll just use the DS output, for the moment. :D

    • Are they marketed as an entry into astronomy or astrophotography? I do astrophotography. With big rigs, lots of computers, cables and headaches. I love it. And by learning this ridiculously complex hobby, I’ve learned about the objects I’m shooting. Astronomy followed from photography.
    • Microsoft confirms Recycle Bin bug across all versions of Windows by Usama Jawad A couple of days ago, we reported that the latest Patch Tuesday update has seemingly resulted in a lot of issues for many users, including OneDrive and Dropbox access problems, BitLocker recovery lockouts, and BSODs. Although Microsoft is yet to acknowledge these bugs, it has confirmed another, relatively smaller issue across all supported versions of Windows. In an update on its Windows Release Health Dashboard, Microsoft has confirmed that after installing June's Patch Tuesday update (KB5094126), you'll experience unexpected behavior when leveraging Recycle Bin. Basically, when you attempt to delete an item from the Recycle Bin, the confirm dialog will show you the internal file name of that content rather than the actual name. For example, the file may be named abc.png, but the confirm dialog will ask if you're sure that you want to permanently delete $Rxxxxx.png from the Recycle Bin. This is pretty much it for the scope of the bug itself; it just displays the wrong name in the confirm dialog. The correct name will be shown in the list view of the Recycle Bin and if you restore the file, it will return with the correct name as well. This issue affects pretty much all supported versions of Windows client and server, including: Client: Windows 11, version 26H1; Windows 11, version 25H2; Windows 11, version 24H2; Windows 11, version 23H2; Windows 10, version 22H2; Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021; Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019; Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2016 Server: Windows Server 2025; Windows Server 2022; Windows Server 2019; Windows Server 2016; Windows Server 2012 R2; Windows Server 2012 As things currently stand, Microsoft is working on a concrete solution that will be released in a "future" Windows update. It remains to be seen if the firm will wait till the next Patch Tuesday or roll out an out-of-band (OOB) fix. The good news is that commercial customers can deploy a workaround right now, but they will have to reach out to Microsoft Support for Business for additional details.
    • They said by this time everyone will have flying cars. WELL...
    • A study by physicist Henry Tye of Cornell University suggests that the universe may not expand forever. Instead, it could eventually stop expanding, begin contracting and end in a "Big Crunch" roughly 20 billion years from now. Maybe not as we now know that time can flow backwards.
    • Of course. Simply reverse the polarity.
