microsoft bus driver should be loaded first before u install realtek

here is my system details and there is no sound even thugh windows media player is working properly.

song is playing but unable to hear the sound. mine is onboard sound card.

pls anyone help me out. what i have to install and if i hv to install anything please give me that site name where i can download it.

i was in so tension that iam unable to hear the sound and iam worried about it so i didnot given thought over title.
