Yggdrasilly
I've been playing around with icons and such, and ran into a bit of a 'problem'. Vista has this thing where if, for example, you have a folder with pictures or video [or other files that would normally be thumbnailed], the folder shows a sort of cascade of said thumbnails. Example: What I'm trying to do is get rid of this effect, and just have regular folders, like the one labeled 'Lost Season 3'. I've looked through the folder options CP and found an option to disable thumbnails, but it disables ALL thumbnails. I want to keep image and video thumbs, and just get rid of the folder ones. Is this possible?
tao muon
Have you tried changing the view settings for the subfolders?
Yggdrasilly
I've fooled around with nearly all [if not all] of the options in the Folder Options CP and the Properties dialog for the folders, and haven't found anything useful. :/
