ed2k://|file|AutoPatcher_WinXP_Jul07_x86_PTB_Core.exe|354628312|4ECB95F899FF34FF86181C3E1F77711F|/

more mirrors are welcome. also i'm seeding it at torrent, i've just take the e2k link and i'm not seeding it for emule. if you wish download by http, please, seed it at the way you can, but please check md5 or e2k link to see if your download is ok:

AutoPatcher_WinXP_Jul07_x86_PTB_Core.exe

md5: 64be364ad483662eaa0e50b28f129dc1

thanks in advance for any mirroring help

[]s

edit: 4shared mirror removed. it was missing one part and i've deleted that splited version from my disk, so, i will need upload that all again, but i'm seeding at torrent now, uploading at 50K and i haven't enough bandwith to upload while i'm seeding. that mirror will be fixed tomorrow, after some more torrent/emule mirror arrive

the compiling process is incredibly slow on Vista x64 (possibly broken by restrictions {I have UAC off mind}) I'm attempting to compile a July Core Based Release

I've installed in this order NSIS, AP: May, June, July, Direct X, Extras then edited the script sections to say July and my name as author etc, I didn't touch the specialised functions area afterwards.

The NSIS script compiler completes (kinda) when i run the compiler app 'as an administrator' and import the autopatcher script into it that way, it completes with 4 warnings

4 warnings:

install function "Locate" not referenced - zeroing code (242-492) out

install function ".MoveFolder_Locate_createDir" not referenced - zeroing code (3505-3513) out

install function ".MoveFolder_Locate_moveFile" not referenced - zeroing code (3513-3545) out

install function ".MoveFolder_Locate_deleteDir" not referenced - zeroing code (3545-3550) out

Dunno if this will help you in any way

ignore those warnings, they've just occurred because you've not used the moveFolder command. mentioned in the latest packing documentation btw! (appendix A).

part of the reason for slow compilation is: a) your compiling a release with a large file size. all the releases that apply to xp x86 combined add up to 545 MB! b) it's compressing them with solid lzma c) due to a limitation with the scripting language, to get overwrite control working, include commands have to be listed twice and so the compiler goes through every file twice (probably needs to do a check to compare the file it already has), unfortunately theres nothing i can do about that, it's down the nsis developers.

those last two points didn't apply to the old installer so thats why compiling takes longer with the new one if your wondering!

 I'm not sure if this is appropriate for this area but here goes.....

I started to download AutoPatcher XP July 2007, and noticed that I had overlooked the size of the file. I must say that I was disappointed because at that point I knew that I had to cancel the download because I have.... Yes you guessed it, Dial-up ISP. I'm so mad I could chew nails and spit them! :x I live in a rural area where I'm serviced by "Verizon" I moved here from the City, some time ago and I still haven't gotten use to the slowness of the phone services ,updates by this company. They do everything, everywhere else before they provide us "Martians" :alien: the newest technology. Shame on "VERIZON" for contracting with the "FCC" and others in order to have "carte Blanche" in what they provide their rural customers(Pretty much nothing) as far as modern technology goes.

I've been in touch with the "Corporate Head Quarters" who put me in touch with(You know how they shuffle you around.) "VERIZON WEST" a company that I didn't know existed until recently, and they are the providers of my phone services. :shiftyninja: Who would have thought it? Of course they haven't a clue as to when they will be providing any type of "Highspeed Services" to us Martians. :alien: For this reason I'm unable to experience the wonders of "AutoPatcher XP July 2007" :shifty: it would take me a week to download it at less than 48 kbps. This is the main drawback of living in a rural area, because I love my computer and I love the INTERNET  but it's going to drive me nuts  if some company doesn't hurry up and get some kind of Highspeed services to us rural surfers, without it costing us an arm and a leg for the services. There are a couple of companies who offer Highspeed, but it cost a "mint" :pinch: and you must purchase their software and hardware in order to subscribe to it. Any suggestions :hmmm: , anyone about how to get this program with snail speed? :bounce: Everyone, say shame on you "VERIZON" !

Peace Everyone :hug_girl:

Hi People,

first of all thanks to all the people involved in releasing Autopatcher July 2007, especially the BR version.

I loved the new features and capabilities but i have one doubt:

Can I merge the EN July Extras and June DirectX in the BR autopatcher?

Congratulations again!

Gustavo.

> Can I merge the EN July Extras and June DirectX in the BR autopatcher?

no. that releases are locked to english only. booth works in any language, but so far, no common release. also AP now supports descriptions in several languages at same time, i believe that the job is almost finished. i did all packs, but are unofficial and if you choose those, you will turn your AP into unofficial

Security Update for .NET Framework 1.1 SP1 (KB928366)

Update for Windows XP (KB933811)

Thanks for the release guys! :)

Anyway, by any chance anyone here could help me with this updates? I updated a few times with Autopatcher but after every reboot, I reload Autopatcher and it just shows that I didn't installed update for this 2, any help?

theres a bug with the installation instructions for 928366 and 928365 (ones for .Net 1.1 SP1, the other for .Net 2.0/3.0), it'll be fixed in the august releases, for now you have to run the setup files manually or modify the setup instructions in the related .apm files (switches for 928366 should just be /Q, and for 928365 /qn /norestart)

933811 applies only to ie6 but i made a mistake and autopatcher displays it even if your running ie7 (will also be fixed in the august release), if you have ie7 then you don't need it

Oh I see. I understand and I get it now. Thanks for the detailed explanation. I guess I would just wait for August release for the bugs being fixed. Again, thanks for the release

Hi Blaze,

As a suggestion could you please add the known issues for the current release to a separate (perhaps locked) thread?

For those of us who don't mind editing our copies of AP to correct issues it would be a good place to look and quickly see all of the issues.

Kind Regards

Simon

ive already installed the core and updates and my windows is asking me to update and i see that some of the ones listed that it wants me to update are ones that i already updated from the autopatcher. do i just ignore this? will this always happen if i install autopatcher? will there be a problems if install the updates windows is asking me to update even though ive already updated it with autopatcher?

thanks!

OK, I installed may 2007 core the the monthly updates and the addons.

I then opened autopatcher selected to enable, tweakxp, the royal theme

etc...WGA is unchecked by default, and I sure as heck didnt check it

I click start,

1st update installed?

Windows Genuine Advantage (KB892130)

Of course there no cancel, and no way to stop it, I was saying NOOOOooooo!

I looked in addremove programs, yep its there and says "uninstallable"

WGA , of cource this is lastest version wich is uninstallable not even

that WGAremove program thats out there will not get rid of it.

so I wasted 6 hours setting is this install, loading drivers, trafering data

etc... for nothing. just to have to format AGAIN. Started over and

wasted more hours...

Great work love your program and all that used it for ever but this sucked.

next time I going in and finding the package for it your program and deleteing it

this was NOT cool. Not sure WHY or HOW figure i'd mention it happened

I deleted the WGA package, when i updated agin it skipped directly to the

2nd update as the the 1st was WGA, how is it "optional" iuf its being forced

wmp11 and ie7 require it. since a lot of people have installation issues with wmp11/ie7 and someone identified that wga must be installed first i set wmp11 & ie7 to depend on the was module in the july release. it must have been selecting wmp11/ie7 that got wga selected.

i wouldn't worry though, theres no harm really in having wga installed. you don't have to use it.

I don't even want it on my system, and BTW I installed IE7

and WMP by them selfs many times without WGA installed.

I know there no appeart harm but lot of people don't want

WGA / WPA of any kind on thier pc many of those prefer

autopatcher.

in fact, wga is not needed to install in a lot of cases. if windows instalation is really ok, wga is not needed. in fact, i believe that this one should not have a quiet instalation. more than be an update, this one is quite controversal some people call it of spyware, a tool to fight against piracy, etc. so, i really believe that the user must have a choice to read about what is this one, choose if he agree with it and select to install or not and live with the consequences. by example, if ie7 and wmp11 is not installing, the user can run it manually. he can learn what he can give as gift because he has it and other things. by installing wga, by sample, ms gives 1 year of an AV (at least, was giving it last time that i checked). and by doing that, you are not helping piracy in any way, you are just giving to the user a choice to live with that

    • Microsoft Weekly: Surface Laptop Ultra, Windows 11 context menus, Build 2026 recap, and more by Taras Buria This week's news recap is here, with Microsoft announcing the new Surface Laptop Ultra, fresh chips from NVIDIA for Windows on ARM, a no-build week, fixes for Windows 11's context menus, gaming news, reviews, and more. Quick links: Windows 10 and 11 Windows Insider Program Updates are available Reviews are in Gaming news Great deals to check Windows 11 and Windows 10 Here, we talk about everything happening around Microsoft's latest operating system in the Stable channel and preview builds: new features, removed features, controversies, bugs, interesting findings, and more. And, of course, you may find a word or two about older versions. At Computex 2026, together with NVIDIA, Microsoft announced the Surface Laptop Ultra, its most powerful laptop to date, powered by NVIDIA's RTX Spark processor. Details about this computer are currently scarce, as Microsoft has only revealed certain parts of its specs. So far, we know that the computer has a 15-inch mini-LED display, a rich set of ports, a powerful processor, and all-day battery life. It also comes with a new wallpaper, which you can already download here in full resolution. The Surface Laptop Studio is not the only NVIDIA-powered Surface, which Microsoft unveiled this week. At Build 2026, the company also debuted the Surface RTX Spark Dev Box, an odd-shaped desktop with a 20-core NVIDIA Grace CPU and an NVIDIA Blackwell RTX GPU with 6,144 CUDA cores and fifth-generation Tensor Cores with FP4 precision, connected via the NVIDIA NVLink-C2C chip-to-chip interconnect for high performance. According to Microsoft, it can run models with up to 120 billion parameters locally without relying on cloud GPU infrastructure. These two new Surface devices are likely to cost quite a lot, and for those who need a more affordable device, Microsoft is preparing the next-gen Qualcomm-powered Surface Pro and Surface Laptop. This week, details about these two devices leaked in plenty of detail. Other announcements at Build 2026 include the following: Microsoft unveils new security tools for IT admins and developers building AI products Microsoft announces Scout, an OpenClaw-powered personal agent for enterprise customers Microsoft unveils MAI-Thinking-1 reasoning and MAI-Code-1 coding models Microsoft announced a new Windows 11 native command-line utility Microsoft unveils Majorana 2 quantum chip, accelerating commercial timeline to 2029 Microsoft believes that AI agents will eventually replace apps through Project Solara Microsoft introduces Web IQ, a Bing-powered search system built for AI agents Last week, Microsoft released a new Experimental build, which introduced a major Start menu upgrade. It now lets you toggle off specific parts of the menu without affecting other features, resize the menu, and hide additional UI elements. We published a closer look here, so if you want to know what Microsoft is cooking without enrolling in the Insider program and installing unstable builds, check it out. Speaking of new features, many users are very annoyed about the way Microsoft delivers them. Recently, a frustrated user shared their experience with gradual rollouts, and even Microsoft engineers admitted there is a flaw in the system that prevents new features from applying properly. One of those new features includes the ability to uninstall AI models in Windows 11 with a single click. Windows 11 is finally getting fixes for its slow context menus. Marcus Ash from Microsoft confirmed that the company is working on fixing Windows 11's context menus. Reworked context menus are going to be faster, simpler by default, and "configurable to what you use most." According to Marcus, Microsoft will share more details soon. Windows Insider Program Windows 11 preview builds, released last week, are now available for download as standalone ISO files. These days, Microsoft regularly pushes new images, allowing users to clean-install its recent Windows 11 preview builds faster and easier. If you want to try the latest Windows 11 features without jumping through the Windows Update hoops, get those new images here. Sadly, Microsoft did not release new Windows 11 preview builds this week. Come back next time. Updates are available This section covers software, firmware, and other notable updates (released and coming soon) delivering new features, security fixes, improvements, patches, and more from Microsoft and third parties. Microsoft is preparing new features for Teams. Later this month, the messenger will receive a new download manager with auto-dismissing notifications, reducing clutter and making the overall experience less annoying when dealing with downloads. Mozilla released Firefox 151.0.3, a new bug-fixing update for the browser. It is a small release, which fixes problems with pasting into text fields and the oversized VPN button on the toolbar. The update is now available for all users in the Release channel. GEEKOM Air12 2026 Edition is a low-power, affordable computer with an Intel Tiger Lake Pentium Gold processor, up to 16GB of memory, and 512GB of storage, costing just $349. It is light, quiet, energy efficient, and has modern ports on the front. However, the front-facing USB Type-C is data-only, and there are some quirks with the computer's memory, so check out the full review. The AMD RX 9070 GRE has been released worldwide, and we published a benchmark review comparing this powerful graphics card to the RX 9070 XT, 7800 XT, the NVIDIA RTX 5070, and RTX 4070. It has solid, balanced performance, plenty of RAM, and low temperatures, but watch out for mediocre ray tracing performance and not the best efficiency. Also, we reviewed the Cuktech 10 Ultra, a compact, high-power charger with four ports and a big display full of various stats. This tiny charger can pull nearly 120W and spread that power according to each connected device's needs. It also comes with a high-quality 240W cable, three power modes, and retractable prongs. The best part? It is quite affordable, just make sure you have an outlet placed in the right spot to benefit from the built-in display. • Let's goooooooo! I've been loving the entries so far! I still have to finish Rebirth (things have been busy!)! Excited for this next installment.
    • "Revelation?" I was hoping for this episode to be called "Reunion". Oh, well... In a related note, the Final Fantasy VII compilation has received an EC entry, short for Ever Crisis. For those who don't know, it already had AC, BC, CC, and DC entries, short for Advent Children, Before Crisis, Crisis Core, and Dirge of Cerberus. I hope it doesn't get an FC entry becaude that would be a freakin' crisis.
    • Uh, after intense testing now, 'Samsung Browser' is not the best one outside of 'Microsoft Edge' after all. Opera Air is that. It has "some" bloat, but it's far less than what both Microsoft Edge and Brave browser have.
