I could only find one terminal

Does anyone else get freezing in the move-around-while-game-is-paused-matrix-style-camera-mode?

Also sometimes it just freezes then goes back to where I was like a minute ago. And then sometimes there's no sound (the action is not paused!).

Apart from that, I'm loving my Halo 3 and the free poster too, that's nice, but why is the Arbiter so tall in the poster!!!

Thanks,

Rich

That would be because it's supposed to be harder for you =P... not increase the skill of everyone around you.

That's a flawed design principle, IMO. Your allies never did much to begin with, but on the harder difficulty levels they're just pathetic. Why would it NOT scale up on other levels?

Edit: Also, I've had a few freezing issues as well.

For the terminal achievement people... do you have to page through everything and get the error? I paged through them all the first time through, but didn't get the achievement.

To force you to do more of the work, hence the harder difficulty setting.

I've never played a game like that; Halo 3 is the first one. The difficulty already goes up due to the enemy being far stronger and having more hit points as well as there being more enemies. It just hurts the gameplay on the higher difficulty settings, IMO. That's why I changed it back to "normal" half-way through the game -- all my allies kept dying and it seemed like I was missing story bits.

Please, do not take offense to this, but it seems to me like you need more practice. If you utilize flanking strategies and move with your squad in a logical manner then they won't be dieing as easily. You should provide cover for them as well as use their fire for cover yourself. You should be concentrating on the 'harder targets' (such as Sniping Jackals and High-Level Brutes) and let the friendly AI take care of everything else. They are also very good at calling out targets that I had sometimes missed (such as Sniping Jackals hiding in trees above me, etc). I played through a lot of it on Heroic and although the Marines were more 'cover fire' than anything else, the AI Arbiter was a huge help, especially when he had the sword. You just have to get a better feel for how the AI plays and use flanking maneuvers constantly.

The only thing the AI really sucks at is driving, but even then, if you have a bit of patience it's pretty freaking cool that you can hop into a Warthog turret and have the AI drive you around targets. Sometimes they do get stuck on rocks and crap and are not as keen to avoiding 'hot zones' like a human player would, but it is still useable. With that being said, however, I tend to have the AI marines load up on gunner and passenger (or ride broke-back with a Rocket launcher) as their aim is fairly accurate and they don't run out of ammo. It was a lot of fun driving around the Scarab's legs and having a Marine with a Rocket Launcher riding on my mongoose go to town on it. :)

... and then there was Co-Op :D

Games shouldn't be about baby sitting -- if I wanted that I'd go play with Barby dolls.

I'm not the best out there, but I've got plenty of experience with first-person shooters and can more than handle my own. If the A.I. doesn't improve as the difficulty goes up, why should I be stuck having to babysit them if I want to get the full story? Doesn't make sense to me.

The Arbiter is fairly decent as the levels go up still, but he still dies quite a bit.

I'm sorry the game is too hard for you. I would recommend playing through co-cop with a friend, a lot of fun. :)

 Yea, you're right. The AI just can't handle the other AI. :p

magik, what is stuck up your butt? It's a legitimate complaint that has been lobbed by many reviews. Heaven forbid your favorite game has minor problems!

And why is it hard to comprehend that the ally A.I. can't handle the enemy A.I.? They're scripted completely differently, magik.

I just think it's amusing that because you can't handle the difficulty of the game, you write it off as a major flaw in the gameplay. It's not supposed to be easy. Unlike you, many people enjoy the challenge of a difficult game. It's much more rewarding to take on the enemy AI than to sit back and watch your friendlies do the work for you.

Go play it on Easy and stop whining. :)

I prefer if my team dies so I can take the enemies on solo. Sure, it's harder, but I love the challenge. I love how I can get into a five or ten minute strategic gunfight with a bunch of Brutes. It's extremely fun because it is such a challenge.

There you go, that's what I'm talkin' about! :punk:

Wait, you thought they put all the enemies there so that your buddies could kill them? The allies are the same on every level, the only things that gets harder are the enemies.

I don't think I know any shooting games where you allies become better as the difficulty goes up.

Holy cow guys, lighten up. I may also disagree with him, but he's certainly entitled to his opinion if he doesn't like something and he's certainly entitled to share said opinion. He's already stated that he's enjoying the game. So what if he has some qualms that nobody else here has.

Personally, I think that it wasn't much of Bungie's intention for the marines to be too helpful to you. They've always seemed more like comic relief and pretty much serve as a disposable distraction for the enemies to shoot at instead of shooting at yourself. That's just how I see it.

Creating diagrams in the desktop app doesn’t need an internet connection. This is useful when you are disconnected or when you must create diagrams in a highly secure environment, where data protection is of the utmost importance. When you use the draw.io desktop app, your diagrams will be stored on your local device. Because this is a stand-alone application, also designed to run offline, there are no interfaces to cloud storage platforms available. Of course, you can still store your diagrams in folders that are synchronised to your cloud storage if you wish. Easy-to-use diagram editor The draw.io apps work just like the office and drawing tools you are used to using. Drag and drop shapes from the shape libraries and drag to draw connectors between them. Drag connectors to add waypoints and set a precise shape and position, or let them reroute automatically. Double click and start typing to add a label to anything. Create tables and swimlane flows with a familiar tool. Style shapes and connectors with customisable palettes, sketch options, fonts and text formatting tools.
