Possibly both? Possibly hearing the dead telling him that it's ok to walk through? I'm sure we'll be seeing more in the coming weeks. I'm still banking on him communicating with the dead.

No, its one or the other. Its not 'he can communicate with the dead AND he can hear everything'. I'm still going against the communicate with the dead thing, because its against everything else we've ever seen on the show. Its always been sci-fi, not supernatural.

That was a thud rather than a high frequency sound (it wasn't even a high frequency).

Enhanced hearing would hear everything.

Damn, would hate to see lost turning into a super hero show :| :/

Its not an issue of being a super hero show. I was meaning 'super' as in well above average, not 'super' as in 'Superman'.

Its a shame the scene was cut tho, I think its an important thing knowing he has some form of super hearing.

They might have changed their mind after filming, and thus it wouldn't be important. We shall see.

Anyone here in the UK going to the Lockdown Convention in April?

http://www.massiveevents.co.uk/lockdown/

I was planning on going but as a student, i don't think i can afford it now.

Guest stars are Desmond, Patchy and Yemi (Eko's brother)

It seems pretty expensive, plus it's in Northampton so i would have to stay in a hotel so that makes it even more expensive. I won't be going.

Same, i don't live that far away but its the convention, hotel, petrol etc. All adds up.

What?! Are you saying that you wouldn't be excited to see Yemi? :D

No

I mean if there was Marvin Candle I would want to see him, yeah Desmond is notable but he's British I would like non British people like Kate or Sawyer.

Theres a Heroes one as well at the same place that has Hayden,Zach Quinto and David Anders going now thats a cast!

I would rather see Kate and Claire, but that's for the "After Dark" Lost special though

This must be the lost female cast members expose all the secrets...thats set at the strip club :shifty:

It makes PERFECT sense now

i haven't read this entire forum but has there been any discussion about the promo poster in the first posting? any ideas or theories behind the reasoning for the way cast members are paired up?

ben and sayid, kate and claire, hurley and jack, locke and sawyer, sun and jin(duh), desmond and juliet.

    • Can you read? I've said I'm willing to pay more for a notchless (no notch) 3:2 screen.
    • Not even an OLED display on the laptops. Also it seems that the laptop design isn't the same as the Surface Ultra model. Looks like bargain bin at high prices.
    • make your own notch - it's not that hard
    • VirtualBox 7.2.10 by Razvan Serea VirtualBox is a powerful x86 and AMD64/Intel64 virtualization product for enterprise as well as home use. Targeted at server, desktop and embedded use, it is now the only professional-quality virtualization solution that is also Open Source Software. Presently, VirtualBox runs on Windows, Linux, macOS, and Solaris hosts and supports a large number of guest operating systems including but not limited to Windows (NT 4.0, 2000, XP, Server 2003, Vista, 7, 8, Windows 10 and Windows 11), DOS/Windows 3.x, Linux (2.4, 2.6, 3.x, 4.x, 5.x and 6.x), Solaris and OpenSolaris, OS/2, OpenBSD, NetBSD and FreeBSD. Some of the features of VirtualBox are: Modularity. VirtualBox has an extremely modular design with well-defined internal programming interfaces and a client/server design. This makes it easy to control it from several interfaces at once: for example, you can start a virtual machine in a typical virtual machine GUI and then control that machine from the command line, or possibly remotely. VirtualBox also comes with a full Software Development Kit: even though it is Open Source Software, you don't have to hack the source to write a new interface for VirtualBox. Virtual machine descriptions in XML. The configuration settings of virtual machines are stored entirely in XML and are independent of the local machines. Virtual machine definitions can therefore easily be ported to other computers.
