1) We will learn "exactly" what happened to Michael between leaving the island and him getting to NYC.

2) Michael is a "pivotal" part of the end of the season and he will have an "impact" on many of the characters, including Sayid.

3) We will see how the Oceanic 6 "escaped the island" and what happens to those that don't leave.

4) The Team Locke v Team Jack debate about who is right will "amplify"

5) We will learn who is in the coffin

6) More about the freighter people

7) We will also find out who "seemingly killed" Karl and Rousseau

1) Interesting that they'd leave this for another episode instead of incorporating it into 'Meet Kevin Johnson'

2) Why mention Sayid specifically?

3) This makes me think that season 5 will take place after the flash forwards of season 4 to focus on whether or not the O6 returns to the island and what they do depending on the decision each makes

4) More Lostie-on-Lostie violence

5) My guess is that we'll see this in a flash forward of a character, since there's a good deal of time between "now" and when Jack goes to the funeral. Perhaps it'll be the flash forward of the person in the coffin? That might be weird though, seeing a person's death before they actually die.

6) Good.

7) I don't see how it could be anyone except Lapidus and Keamy...they're the ones who left on the helicopter a while back, right? I'm also figuring that Rousseau won't die.

2) Why mention Sayid specifically?

Because Michael is probably the one that convinces Sayid to work for Ben after he gets off the island.

No, they said that season 5 is about why they need to go back to the island. So the flash forwards of this season will take place during next season time frame. Season 3 ending has Jack saying that they need to go back so most of the season 5 should take place before that time. I think anyways.

I still think it was done be Ben's people.

Am I the ONLY person that HATE the 10PM time?

Alot of people said they thought it was crap when I mentioned it on here, remember last time it was at 10 the ratings weren't good most people DVR'd it.

1) This is what i wanted to know in "Meet Kevin Johnson", but getting another episode for it, must be interesting.

2) Including Sayid?

3) Season 5 story maybe

4) (Y)

5) Finally...i still its Ben.

6) Yay!

7) French chick isn't dead imo.

Also i read that we will see Smokey this season :D

The problem I have with all these Lost G.U.T.s (grand unifying theories) is that they're all WAY too convoluted for TPTB to actually use.

This is a prime-time drama on US television. When the show finally wraps up and everything is explained, it has to make some modicum of sense to the casual viewer.

Some of these theories shoehorn facts into them without any explanation (using the time machine can erase diseases and maladies from your body if you got them after the point to which you return to?....come on). Some are just messy and don't tie up nearly well enough.

Don't get me wrong, I love reading them...but I seriously doubt any of them are close to the truth.

A Tidbit about the finale...

the spectacular kiss that damon told for finale season is NOT a simple kiss...

THIS SCENE will change EVERYTHING on lost...

you remember the last scene of finale season 3 ? who were on this scene ? if you remember that, you know who will share this kiss

and yes the word SPECTACULAR is perfect to talk about this scene... [lyly ford]

    • It depends, but it's also going to push more adoption of open source AI models that can run locally, I'm seeing a pattern among the US and China when it comes to closed and open source AI models, they close when they feel they have the advantage, open up when they feel they don't. This has little to do with security and everything to do with control, the irony is that the ones that do go open and get the community behind them are the ones that have the real control, hence why we keep seeing this seesaw from closed to open. Ultimately, it's far too dangerous to let any one country or corporation to control AI, which is why open source AI or AI you can run locally on your hardware is very likely going to be the future of AI over the long run, this is especially the case as AI becomes more powerful and useful for user, privacy, security and censorship will become more of an issue for users and businesses.
    • A person should only be required to click through to an article if they want to know more details. The headline should give basic facts. A basic fact would include the name of the service being shut down.
    • That would probably be a good outcome, but it would also require other "features" be changed to comply, such as Auto play, scrolling, and advertising. Having the laws shift these platforms back to a socially responsible and useful places is a benefit for everyone. The addictive nature is the problem, and while many blame the individual, psychologists would suggest the platform is using a well trodden playbook to hook in more revenue..
    • It is in fact being discontinued in the US in July.
    • It was a rather nice rant as I rather dislike when people support the shitifcation of the Internet. My comment also factually applied the definition of "clickbait' to this headline unlike your comment. I have been reading this site for some 20 years now so I will call them out when they are doing carp they shouldn't be doing but thanks for your concern. You can't even do a search by headline anymore to do a quick search to find something because most of the titles lack all the relevant keywords that should be there.
