Sony tries to secretly wiki-diss Halo 3

already posted mate :) He knows, hence the "Edit: OK, didn't see magik's posting. MOD please lock." bit. :p

Bungie.net is having a field trip with this. Why do people soak up stupid information so easily?

When the Killzone 2 demo video was released, half the halo community thought that the dev feature they used to move around the map and show things off was a copy of the Halo 3 replay feature.

I wonder how all sony apologists would react if this was Microsoft doing something on, say MGS's wiki page :

Exactly, which is why I hate how people think. If it is even connected to something, it instantly becomes that somethings fault. Why not just blame the idiot employee who was too stupid to think about what might happen if he got caught. The guys works at sony, you think he would have been smarter than that.

Clearly a moron if he/she didn't know changes can be traced

Or maybe it was done on purpose by an intruder :iiam: :shiftyninja:

If it was done by an intruder than they are even bigger idiots for not having sufficient security in place; I know if I headed a giant multimillion pound company I wouldn't want people to be able to walk in and do as they please. See how far you get at Microsoft if you wonder around willy nilly.

What's the big deal - it fits in perfectly with the Sony/PS3 marketing plan so far: Lie, badmouth, steal features you previously badmouthed, lie some more, and then show some mockups.

I know, not once have they ever done anything good for us gamers
