even more breathtaking to see in a theater on the big screen, but then Kubrick had such a wonderful eye that any of his movies are a treat to see on the theater screen.

One of the theaters here ran Kubrick movies for about a month and this is one of the ones they showed. It was quite a cool experience.

This is definitely one creepy movie and Jack does a great job, as always.

The bit where his wife finds out what he's been writing all those months is for me the scariest thing i've ever seen in a film - far scarier than any Hostel or Nightmare on Elm Street type stuff - you know his mind has completely snapped and from then on it just isn't gonna be friendly! :D
