Best free forum script

Is there such a thing?

I'm looking for a free Bulletin Forum, style phpbb, and i wanted to hear if you recommend something else then phpbb.

To be honest i don't know if the site will be huge or tint, therefore i prefer to start of with something free.

May i ask why don't you want PHPBB?, its a excellent system (and free as well)
