Dont forget after the last one next week there is also a film to come :) also i heard some where there will be a spin off called caprica cant wait :)

Caprica takes place 50 years before this series, so don't expect what you see now to be in it. And there was a film made called Razor that came out in Dec 07, but I haven't heard of another movie. After next week's episode, the show is done.

there is another movie coming out later shown from the cylons pov the entire series; i guess it is going to be a deep insight into them and cavil.

Ah, I wasn't aware of another movie, never saw any mention of it before. With that being the case, seems like bad planning on Moore's part because something like this shouldn't need a movie because it would have fit into the show.

The flashback stuff, whist interesting for character development is something that should have been done way way earlier in the show. Doing it all right at the end in the final episode was just wasteful. This show is great, but if they had to do it all over again they need to work on it's pacing. The last few episodes seem to have just been wasteful.

I really didn't realise how hard Laura Roslins life was, first her entire family being killed off, then being diagnosed with Cancer, then being one of the most important people left alive after the attack.

You know what, Raise your glasses everyone, a toast to a truly amazing woman. AKA I'll drink to that.

The flashbacks were somewhat boring, but interesting nonetheless. It would've been better if it was done much earlier. Am I the only person who despises Gaius Baltar? His lifestyle of sex and drinking disgusts me. And to top it off, the British accent just makes it seem all the more contemptuous. No offence. Anyway, I hope the last two-parter episode is epic. I'd hate to be disappointed by my favourite TV show.

Just a thought. Dunno if anyone has thought of this before now. The whole "dying leader" thing whom everyone assumes is Laura right? Well, what if that dying leader is actually Galactica herself. She is technically a living thing now with the Cylon gooey stuff in her and all, so, yeah? From the promo it certainly looks like Galactica goes to sleep with the fishes anyways.

maybe the black hole leads to firefly season 2...lol, i was just able to watch fridays episode it was nice, but why did adama ask everyone to come if he didnt want the doc to come, thought that was a lil wierd.... cant frickin wait for the finale, but gotta work friday evening, damnit :(

It would have a little weird if he had let the Doc go on a one way mission when the rest of the fleet is staying behind with one less doctor to take care of them. He serves little purpose on their suicide mission, Adama was telling him he's one person who shouldn't be going for that reason.

hum..i think it's a bad move

the mission should be carried out covertly

in a rescue mission where you have to board an enemy ship (which looks huge), retrieve and escape back, bringing the big guns is a big no no

but, i'm all for the big explosions and the thrill, so..fire them all!

    • My comment was intended to be humorous. I believe scientists already knew it since they comprehend relatively. Maybe I'm assuming that.
    • Surprise Execs are dumb. I hope the rehired engineers said were not coming back until we get 2x our salary.
    • Ford execs say they made a mistake when they replaced human engineers with AI by David Uzondu Ford recently announced that over the last three years, it's had to rehire about 350 "gray beard" engineers to mentor younger staff and reprogram diagnostic systems and AI tools that were failing to meet up to quality expectations. The company's VP of vehicle hardware engineering, Charles **** said that leaders overlooked the deep experience of veterans who survived many product cycles. **** admitted that simply replacing them with AI was a huge mistake, and that while AI is "a fantastic tool," it remains "only as good as the information you use to train it." The rehired engineers now run mandatory meetings to troubleshoot vehicles and reprogram automated engineering software and AI tools to prevent glitches before production. These technical specialists hunt for failure points before parts ever reach the plant floor, helping prevent the massive recalls and defects that previously cost the company billions as it aims to cut one billion dollars in expenses this year. In last year's JD Power Quality Survey, an annual study that measures the quality of a car during the first three months of ownership, Ford finished 10th among mainstream brands and scored below the industry average. But this year, JD Power ranked the automaker as the top mainstream brand, placing it above the likes of Toyota Motor Corp. and Honda Motor Co. Ford attributed this massive improvement directly to the expertise of these returned engineers. Ford's realization that AI cannot magically design and test quality vehicles without senior human oversight is just the tip of the iceberg. When Careerminds looked at companies that conducted AI-driven layoffs, researchers found out that 35.6% of those companies had to rehire more than half of the employees they previously fired. Another 32.7% had to rehire between 25% and 50% of them. In 2024, Sebastian Siemiatkowski, CEO of Klarna, proudly announced that its new chatbot was doing the work of 700 full-time customer service agents. As a result, the fintech company froze hiring and cut hundreds of positions. But by mid 2025, and into 2026, Klarna was scrambling to recruit human agents again because customer satisfaction had plummeted. It turns out, while AI is very good at answering basic questions like how to check an account balance, when faced with complex customer issues that require nuance, the thing usually resorts to the unhelpful, robotic corporate jargon we all know and love.
    • Free AI in IDEs is shifting to paid models Or you know, you could just learn to actually design and code apps, use frameworks to handle the repetitive parts and not use AI at all - and voila... free for life!
