It took some time but I could see both ways and then switch whenever I wanted.

Well, I saw it as clockwise and I did the other test which came up with the same answer (I use the right side of my brain). However, I did manage to get the image to go the other way and often got "stuck" there... it's really weird - at times it seems fake and then at others it seems I'm changing it.

For me she spins both ways, basically I just say in my mind which way she should turn, and thats that.

No matter what I do with all these "suggestions", she is going clockwise. And why are people saying "anti-clockwise"? Isn't it "counter-clockwise"?

Maybe it isn't a test of which brain hemisphere you are more dominant in, but which one is more insane. :laugh:

My mother and I both looked at it the same time, I can see her turning clockwise but my mother see her turning counter-clockwise. :D

I agree. I think the flash might be set to switch, I was concentrating on the animation and when it switched from anti-clockwise to counter-clockwise I knew it wasn't due to concentration.

All I see is it moving clockwise... until I basically turned my view about 45 degrees left from monitor to my wall mounted schedule calender... if you catch only her extended leg from the corner of your eye you will interpret it as moving counter-clockwise.

I don't think this is fake. I think you process the image depending on which side of the brain you are currently using. Try visualizing "left brain functions" to get it to turn one way, then "right brain functions" to get it to turn the other way. Works for me. :)

Well I opened the image in Adobe ImageReady CS2. It only does one rotation and it goes clockwise.

As for me, at first I saw it going anti-clockwise on the website and then clockwise, now I can't get it to go anti-clockwise again.

The problem i have right now is that i can't see her turning anymore at all, she just moves from the left to the right and back :D
