[Pic] right brain vs left brain

Recommended Posts

All I see is it moving clockwise... until I basically turned my view about 45 degrees left from monitor to my wall mounted schedule calender... if you catch only her extended leg from the corner of your eye you will interpret it as moving counter-clockwise.

Hey that works, kind of. I only see her go clock wise, I think its real...

 for all the people saying it's fake. It's an optical illusion, ever heard of that? There always have to be some i guess.

That's what I said! :o

I think it's fake in that I don't think it is scientific proof as to which side of your brain you use...

I can't get it to spin anti-clockwise at all. :s

She's even leaning over the way to go clockwise.

Is this because I'm a lefty too?

I can make it go both ways. However, if you look at the shadow under her foot it makes it go only one way for me and that is clockwise.

If you look under the picture itself and just watch her outward leg from the corner of your eye, you can make her change direction i find.

Yeah thats what I did and that trained me to easily look at the picture and turn it either way. Pretty cool!

EDIT: I am 1337!

This thread should have been a poll:

1) I'm a left thinker and can see the dancer rotating predominately clockwise. (me)

2) I'm a left thinker and can see the dancer rotating predominately anti-clockwise.

3) I'm a left thinker and can see the dancer rotating equally in each direction.

4) I'm a right thinker and can see the dancer rotating predominately clockwise.

5) I'm a right thinker and can see the dancer rotating predominately ant-clockwise.

6) I'm a right thinker and can see the dancer rotating equally in each direction.

7) I'm neither a left nor right thinker and can see the dancer rotating predominately clockwise.

8) I'm neither a left nor right thinker and can see the dancer rotating predominately anti-clockwise.

9) I'm neither a left nor right thinker and can see the dancer rotating equally in each direction.

It would be interesting to see if there were any correlation with the results.

****ing weird

At first I saw clockwise and I was like, WTF how can that be anti clockwise, then I read the page, looked at it and it was ANTI Clockwise, what the hell! Then I saved the image and I saw it going clockwise. MIND****

i can see it anti-clockwise and clockwise. First you have to see it Anti-clockwise(that's the default i belive). Do do that you have to see the picture from the top to bottom. If you want to see it clockwise, watch the shadow first and after that watch the picture:P.(the trick is the girl's shadow).

At first I saw it turning clockwise, then I reverse it :)

But what is the point of this? Is the person smarter if he/she sees it going clockwise or anti-clockwise or what? I have seen a lot of optical illusions, and for me this is the same thing.

Did you read the text that accompanied the image?

It isn't an I.Q. test. It is just about different ways of thinking and looking at things.

Is it just me, or did any of the rest of you see her touching her boobies...

I think it is just wishful thinking on your part.

To quote an earlier post, "lower brain" thinking. ;)

    • Less powerful than a PS5 at twice the price! I wonder if they use that for marketing? Totally DoA.

    • How does it compare to the "SeeStar S30 Pro" and the "Vespera PRO 2"?
    • Indeed. And note that those units are MUCH cheaper than this new Steam Machine...ahem.
