For Windows 9x it was \Windows\Options\Cabs For NT4/2000/XP it's \Windows\i386 Take all the cab files from hte 9x Cd and fill them into that directory... take all the files from the \i386 directory from any NT/2000/XP cd and fill them into that directory..
