Chuck

yeah my wife and myself got pretty ****ed off that he took it so harshly.. I mean the only reason he could/should have been ****ed off, was her lying to him about doing it.... Other than that, Chuck was the dumb ass who TOLD the guy he was the intersect instead of saying oh yeah, Bryce is downstairs in the Castle or something....

Yea because that wouldn't seem too suspicious to all the cops/swat outside. All the hostages run outside and swat comes in wondering where everybody is.

I think he took her actions so harshly because the guy was surrendering. Chuck is a good guy, and although he may understand the severity of a Fulcrum agent knowing his identity, seeing Sarah kill somebody in cold blood like that has got to affect him.

First episode...he saw Sarah kill someone then too and he got freaked out then as well. You would think at this point he is able to look past stuff like this.

Sometimes, I wonder if writers even think before writing up a script. Honestly...

You mean coz they got the same actor to play a cop and he was eating a twinkie? yeah that got a chuckle from me.

Not just the same actor but the cop had the same name from Die Hard as well. Reason I remember it so well is because Die Hard has been on a couple of times lately.

as soon as my wife/kids seen Big Mike's brother they said, "Hey look it's Carl Winslow" from Family Matter's.. LOL

BTW looking at his IMDB profile it doesn't even have Chuck listed. Wonder why?

That is exactly what I said when I saw him too. I would guess its not on there just because it is still relatively new information even if it has been filmed for a while.

What I'm trying to say is that they were different situations. This time, the guy was surrendering, placing neither of them in any immediate threat. She killed him anyway, and that is what shocked him.

I thought that his reaction was over-emphasized. She killed a man to protect chuck because she knew that if that man was detained that other fulcrum agents would be able to get to him.

Chuck knew this as well because he overheard the conversation. This was another sign of proof that Sarah still has feelings for Chuck

They both have feelings from each other...Chuck seriously needs to man up and just lay one on her. Hope that happens at the end of the season, with Bryce watching. Would be a good finale and a good way to go into season 3.

That was a great episode. Chuck did not see the whole conversation, so he did not hear Sara say that "She will always protect Chuck from Fulcrum" to the agent. He only saw the end of the conversation and he thinks that she did it for kicks.

Anyways the hug at the end was awesome! :D

    • Linux 7.1 arrives with an NTFS overhaul and major hardware performance boosts by Paul Hill The founder of the Linux kernel has just announced the availability of Linux 7.1. This is a stable version of the kernel that will now be tested by various Linux distributions before it is shipped to users through update managers. Some users, like those on Debian, for example, might not get it for a long time, if at all, while Fedora users can expect it in the near future. With Linux 7.1 out on time, the merge window for Linux 7.2 is now open, giving contributors the opportunity to send in major new features that have been waiting for the last two months. Torvalds warned that he is currently travelling and will be in another timezone, so timing for the merge window may be irregular due to timezone differences and limited internet access. Torvalds said that he has already fetched early pull requests to allow him to do some offline work, but the travel could still cause disruption. Right now, he is not planning to extend the release, but did consider it. He said he might later regret not extending, though. In terms of this last week of development for Linux 7.1, Torvalds said there were no major or alarming changes. This week consisted mostly of smaller driver updates to GPU, networking, and sound, networking fixes, trace tooling fixes, and misc minor fixes. The shortlog this week lists fixes for driver bugs, memory leaks, I/O and USB fixes, networking and RDMA fixes, DRM/graphics fixes, and tooling and verification improvements. Specific fixes include USB series heap-overflow and buffer overflow fixes, and multiple use-after-free, memory-leak, and refcount corrections across subsystems such as i2c, zram, gpio, and net. There are fixes for graphics drivers, including amdgpu, i915, and virtio, as well as hypervisor and virtualization tweaks affecting mshv, vmbus, and hyperv. According to Phoronix, anyone running Linux 7.1 should look out for the new NTFS driver, Intel FRED for improved performance on Panther Lake and future CPUs, faster graphics with Intel Arc Battlemage, and improvements for older AMD Radeon GPUs. If you are running Linux on your computer and everything is fine, then you don’t need to worry about updating to Linux 7.1 as a priority; just wait for it to be pushed to you. If you have tried Linux on hardware but it didn’t work properly, trying again with a distro that uses Linux 7.1 could cause Linux to work on your machine, thanks to the new hardware support.
