Wow, Rappy... your still watching firefly? No way... You haven't been watching Chuck! :o but you've been watching Reaper :s and Chuck is amazing..

I'm disappointed. :no: :p

Nope not watched it since probably a few months back, Yeah I haven't touched the firefly dvd for a few months hence why my thread died :rofl:

Yeah I know if I just found Firefly very hard to keep my attention not sure why, just would watch an episode and that would be enough for me while something like BSG or Alias would be watch one I would need to see the next one. Same goes with Chuck really I like it don't me wrong as I said its a good mind turn off laugh for 40 minutes but its not something I would put myself out to watch. You see Reaper is the same as Chuck for me if I hadn't of seen all the reapers so far I wouldn't be half assed to catch up, there's only a few shows that are keeping my attention and for my sins we know what they are.

They seem to be tying up loose ends, which correlates with gearing up for getting axed.

Think it is more of a safety net. Having a lot of these big moments in the Chuck storyline helps out the ratings. If they had just continued on without really going anywhere with the story, think where the ratings would be.

Yeah I hadn't really thought of that XD

But (seemingly) removing (or at least partially removing) the intersect from his brain seems to basically destabilize the premise of the entire show, so I wonder how they'll recover from that if it does get renewed.

same. I mean I watch Chuck, Heroes, and Fringe.. Thats it.. Honestly I watch Heroes just in the hopes it will get good again, and I don't want to miss anything..

Fringe is the one show me and my wife REALLY get into together, I mean she watches Chuck too, and laughs and gets it, but with Fringe, she being an x-files/CSI fan, she really gets into it, and for me I just love JJ Abrams so its a win win

Nikki Finke (hollywood power broker) seems to think that Chuck will be renewed:

This time, I can tell you the Chuck campaign is having an effect on the NBC suits. “It’s a good show, a solid show, and it’s in contention to come back,” an insider tells me. “I’m betting it’ll end up back. But that decision hasn’t been made yet.” Interestingly, it’s not just fanboys trying to keep the Josh Schwartz show on the air, it’s also mainstream TV critics and reporters.

wow great episode.. Man I want to see what happens with Chuck and Sarah now that she said she isnt going with Brise.

And wow at the agent that shot Chevy... wtf

wow what a great opening for next season.. Now he can be the awesome tech guy on the team!!! EVEN BETTER !!!!

This episode is on crack! I'm not complaining, I like it but it just started off like a race horse. I can see where they are going if they don't renew the episodes though. Chuck will be with the team as the new Orion and Chuck's dad will serve as the new Intersect doing recon for missions. Somebody definitely deserves a lot of credit for delicately balancing this whole business while still making it very interesting to watch.
