matthewmarley Posted November 26, 2007 Share Posted November 26, 2007 Hi Guys I am hoping that you folks can give me some advice, I currently have a 40" Samsung TV that has a Media Centre PC attached using a HDMI cable. I also have a PS3 and would like a sound system that i can connect both the PS3 and the Media Centre to. I normally play all my movies and music on my PC however i would like to connect the PS3 also. goji Posted November 27, 2007 Share Posted November 27, 2007 What do you want, and how much do you want to spend? If I'm not mistaken the only audio output on the PS3 is over HDMI or stereo analog. If your PS3 is connected to the TV over HDMI I'm almost certain there should be a SPIDF (fiber optic) output which you can then hookup to your Logi's. Does your sound card allow for optical inputs?
