I think you will have to have your own web hosting to host the script, so it can create the image.

do you mean you don't know what a Zip file is, or you don't know what is inside the zip?

Inside the zip are the files necessary for a web server to generate the signature images, if you run a real server or a local server from your computer you can use them to make a a webpage that generates the image
