Because reluna element is a mod of LE4.

Reluna Em3lent isn't a mod of LE4. It's not even comming close to be a mod. It's an original skin that has taken inspiration from Luna Element.

Do you really know what a mod is? A mod is changing a few things in a visual style.

Startbuttons, a few colors, adding shadow to text, changing font's, etc, etc..

If you look at em3lent you can see that it's a totally different visual style with inspiration taken from Luna Element.

He remade every single element from scretch in his skin. I can't see anything that even looks like LE.

Sorry, but if you call Reluna em3lent a mod you obviously don't know what a mod exactly is.
