If you are asking if the 360's are going to have HDMI standard then I think that they are.

my xbox already have hdmi but my tv have a feature called anynet that requires hdmi1.3(or hdmi-cec)

It seems that CEC was really only put into use with HDMI version 1.3 and the Xbox 360 is HDMI 1.2 so it would not be compliant.

360s do HDMI 1.2 output as they don't do the PCM audio or somesuch required by 1.3 spec. However, HDMI specs are backwards compatible, so an HDMI 1.3 connection on the telly will accept the 360's HDMI 1.2 output.

I still can't understand why Microsoft didnt put their HDMI port v1.3 instead of v1.2. It would of been a better choice.
