online@123
Hi, We use IE6 with the latest updates and patches on Windows XP Pro. Since few months, people are getting white pages while trying to access our application. The page loads as a blank page with "Done" written on the status bar. Clearing the cache and repairing jre has been the workarounds, after a few days, the problem resurfaces again. what could be the reason? Thanks,
HappyAndyK
If, in IE, when you click on a link, which requires a new window to be opened, all you get is a blank white page with nothing on it, re-register urlmon.dll. Copy-Paste the following in Vista's Start Search Bar regsvr32 /s urlmon.dll and press Ctrl+Shift+Enter. Pressing Ctrl+Shift+Enter together, makes the program Run as an Administrator. From : IE Troubleshooting Tips. Hope it helps !
