Shift Linux Community Meeting

Recommended Posts

I'd like to invite everyone to a Shift Community meeting on the 22nd of February (Friday) at 1PM Eastern US time on #shiftlinux on irc.neowin.net. I'll be hosting the meeting, at which I'll talk about where we are, where Shift Linux is going, along with provide a background, and answer questions about Shift. I'll listen to your problems and suggestions also, and provide feedback. Another tidbit, I'll be sitting in front of a Shift development machine, running Shift Linux to help out. I invite everyone to come, and I hope this meeting will be the first of many Community Meetings regarding Neowin's Shift Linux. If you do plan to come or have any more questions, reply here :) Thanks!

Dang. I'll be at work. I'll review the log, though, as I want to help out with the Fluxbox end of the Lite release.

I'll be in school at that point, so I can't make it, sorry!

I'll read the logs though, and I'll be online an hour later in the event it's still going on.

If anyone is interested, next time I can idle in the channel and collect logs. I wrote a little Python script a while back which I can use to put the logs on the web for people to read and search (well I haven't written the search yet, but I can do if there is demand).

That would be quite nice of you. And we are happy for you to participate too! :)
