Supplemental Draft 2009!

* Chavo Guerrero goes from SmackDown to RAW

* Charlie Haas goes from RAW to SmackDown

* Hurricane Helms goes from SmackDown to ECW

Dam Rappy...I feel so old ...used to watch WWE religiously. Almost none of these names (except 3) sound familiar to me.

Remember Chavo from old WCW days...

When did Hurricane come back?

And as hard as this sounds to believe, my g/f used to go to college with Charlie Haas. They were friends.

The card for the house show featuring Smackdown and ECW on May 9th according to vanandelarena.com is featuring a World Heavyweight Title Match featuring Jeff Hardy vs. the "Champion" Edge. So it would be assumed that John Cena will drop the belt to Edge in their Last Man Standing Match at Backlash on Sunday

Oh the joys another Edge reign.

That could be an old card that was booked before WM. Although it would make sense for SD to have a champion.

Maybe but I presume it will happen as you said SD is pointless is without a champion.

Although the talks only appear to be very preliminary, The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Kurt Angle's name has been brought up within WWE and it appears the company could be making a play to bring him back later this year.

Angle, who turns 41 this December, could be faced with a big decision if he is approached by WWE about a return. His wife Karen was said to be a major force behind him leaving WWE and now she is no longer a factor with the two splitting up recently. The negative is that Angle is still pretty banged up and is much smaller than when he left WWE in 2006.

While many feel his size could work against him, the belief is that WWE would give him an easier schedule and he would make more money. The plus to staying with TNA is that he is always guaranteed a top spot, his size will never be an issue and even if WWE offers him an easier schedule it will never be as easy on him physically as the TNA schedule is. The general opinion on Angle is that the smartest thing he could do is stay in TNA, but Angle's career is also coming to a close and the possibility of an increase in pay becomes even more important at that stage of his career.

Interesting

Hell has frozen over. HHH Lost!
Yep I think we all knew it was coming tbh just surprised they didn't put the strap on Orton at WM.

We did know it was coming but this was not the moment. This is still a revenge moment ( for Stephanie and the McMahons ) that should have been won by HHH and the alliance. The worst part, however, is that HHH has once again been taking away in an ambulance telling us that he'll be out for a few weeks. He's been out of the WWE a few times and I hate it when that happens. On the other hand though, he could have a wonderful return and kick Orton. :D

    • It's time to say goodbye to Edge and switch back to Firefox. There's no way to disable the ugly rounded corners that appear everywhere. Not even on the page frame. No one uses screens with rounded corners, you idiots.
    • Being on Github makes it more trustable since I can see the code at any point.
    • Gen Atlas is the next game from Shadow of the Colossus creator, this time with giant robots by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe The mind behind widely well-received games like Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, and The Last Guardian, Fumito Ueda, showed up at Summer Game Fest today, and that was to reveal his latest project. Being developed by genDESIGN, Gen Atlas is incoming with what looks to be plenty of mech and robot action. Watch the reveal trailer, which makes not much sense, above. The game will have players waking up on an abandoned planet where deserted facilities and grand designs from the original creators remain. Soon, they will stumble upon a colossal robot, from which players gain access to the power to change the world. "Across an endless expanse of time, the remnants of those forgotten constructs begin to move once more," adds the studio. The gameplay snippets seen in the trailer show the player character climbing giant robots (as expected from the creator), while also controlling these titans somehow as well. This is a fully single-player open-world adventure. “The team and I are grateful to all the fans who’ve been eager to learn more about our game,” says Fumito Ueda, CEO and creative director of genDESIGN. “Their passion and enthusiasm has always motivated and inspired us. We hope to share an experience that inspires moments of quiet wonder and discovery.” Before gaining the name Gen Atlas, Ueda first announced this project back in 2024 with the codename Project Robot. Interestingly, this will be a project being funded and published by Epic Games, which should mean that a Steam release is out of the question. Gen Atlas will be releasing on Epic Games Store, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. A release date has not been announced just yet.
    • How backwards can you have it? Yes, Linux was gaining because of Linux handhelds and the push for gaming compatibility, but that's not desktop users, it barely converts anyone who owns a SteamDeck, though it helps for those who wanted to do it, but anyways, the AI+RAM debacle helped Linux because people can't easily upgrade their PCs easily and many hate AI so they'd be incentivized to try Linux.
    • 🤦🏻‍♂️ No, expected because 10 EOL
