I gotta admit that bump Cena took off the stage into the search light thing was pretty good looking. Did you guys see the way Edge like was going "huh!?!?!" at the end there. I seriously hope they turn him face already. It's been so long since he's been "funny". Maybe he can pull an HBK and say he lost his smile and seeing Cena injured made him feel bad and seeing Christian again made his smile return. Heh. Probably not though.

So about RAW. Holy crap! MVP getting a main event push finally?!!? And The Miz maybe also?! I loved Cena screwing Big Show out of the match at the next PPV.

Personally, I want to see more of Steamboat. My god can he still go at it or what? WM26: Steamboat vs. Flair omgz. Steamboat begs Flair to have one more match, just with him because he's been wrestling again and he just has to end his career (again) against Flair. Heheheh.

Hell has frozen over. HHH Lost!

Holy crap, I remember a time when this was deemed an impossibility. Then again, I also remember a time when Orton won the title (Evolution days), and HHH screwed him over and got the title off of him a month later :p

Some interesting stuff coming from the WWE shareholder meeting!

* Vince McMahon said that he is not interested in running an MMA promotion.

* Vince McMahon said that WWE is looking into creating a Wednesday night TV program. He feels that it would not be overexposure due to the huge number of TV stations available & that being on TV every weeknight would make it easier for the fans to follow along with the storylines or catch up if they miss any of the TV shows.

* A shareholder requested the creation of a WWE affinity program. Vince McMahon agreed to look into possibly doing that.

* Donna Goldsmith said that WWE has major marketing plans for Summerslam 2009, including a huge party leading into the event. Vince McMahon predicted that Summerslam 2009 will sell out.

* Vince McMahon partially blamed the decline of pay-per-view buys on more fans choosing to watch pay-per-views with each other rather than individually ordering the pay-per-views.

* A shareholder asked if "Mr. McMahon" could be the person who ends the Undertaker's WrestleMania undefeated streak. Vince McMahon said that him ending the streak would probably anger a lot of people, so it's unlikely to happen.

* Vince McMahon said that he is not interested in running an MMA promotion.

Forgive me for dumbness but what is MMA?

Please, dear god, please don't make another brand to make a major show on wednesday, we already have enough as it is with Raw, ECW and Smackdown, and I have no intention of missing my weekly dose of ghost hunters for this wednesday brand.

No clue what that means.

Cool, Summerslam is like the second biggest PPV behind Wrestlemania

* Vince McMahon said that Playboy wanted to work with WWE again this year, but Vince turned down the offer because of WWE's new "PG environment".

WWE.. PG.. Environment? Yeah, smackdown is very PG with those girls dancing.

* Vince McMahon partially blamed the decline of pay-per-view buys on more fans choosing to watch pay-per-views with each other rather than individually ordering the pay-per-views.

And that's a bad thing, how? There's nothing wrong with pay per view party, I always have it with my friends. It's not like you're going to lose a lot of money compared with what you're making you know -_-

* A shareholder asked if "Mr. McMahon" could be the person who ends the Undertaker's WrestleMania undefeated streak. Vince McMahon said that him ending the streak would probably anger a lot of people, so it's unlikely to happen.

One has to wonder just how much longer that Undertaker could keep going until he retires, the guy's getting old. I'm under the impression that he might retire any time soon. Every year I keep expecting him loosing which would turn out to be a retirement match. This year was so epic though.

* Vince McMahon said that him appearing in a movie would be a bad idea due to his lack of patience & time.

Haha, I wonder what brought that on.

Totally agreed, since all PPVs are live. No many people is gonna want, nor are they going to be able to watch a ppv say .... Judgement day at 3 or 4 pm because it's gonna be hosted in London live. (I'm only giving an example geez)

    • It's time to say goodbye to Edge and switch back to Firefox. There's no way to disable the ugly rounded corners that appear everywhere. Not even on the page frame. No one uses screens with rounded corners, you idiots.

    • Gen Atlas is the next game from Shadow of the Colossus creator, this time with giant robots by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe The mind behind widely well-received games like Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, and The Last Guardian, Fumito Ueda, showed up at Summer Game Fest today, and that was to reveal his latest project. Being developed by genDESIGN, Gen Atlas is incoming with what looks to be plenty of mech and robot action. Watch the reveal trailer, which makes not much sense, above. The game will have players waking up on an abandoned planet where deserted facilities and grand designs from the original creators remain. Soon, they will stumble upon a colossal robot, from which players gain access to the power to change the world. "Across an endless expanse of time, the remnants of those forgotten constructs begin to move once more," adds the studio. The gameplay snippets seen in the trailer show the player character climbing giant robots (as expected from the creator), while also controlling these titans somehow as well. This is a fully single-player open-world adventure. “The team and I are grateful to all the fans who’ve been eager to learn more about our game,” says Fumito Ueda, CEO and creative director of genDESIGN. “Their passion and enthusiasm has always motivated and inspired us. We hope to share an experience that inspires moments of quiet wonder and discovery.” Before gaining the name Gen Atlas, Ueda first announced this project back in 2024 with the codename Project Robot. Interestingly, this will be a project being funded and published by Epic Games, which should mean that a Steam release is out of the question. Gen Atlas will be releasing on Epic Games Store, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. A release date has not been announced just yet.
    • How backwards can you have it? Yes, Linux was gaining because of Linux handhelds and the push for gaming compatibility, but that's not desktop users, it barely converts anyone who owns a SteamDeck, though it helps for those who wanted to do it, but anyways, the AI+RAM debacle helped Linux because people can't easily upgrade their PCs easily and many hate AI so they'd be incentivized to try Linux.
